"MJ!" You ran after your younger sister with a letter in hand. "Megan!"

Megan turned around and sighed. "What?" She asked as Ginny, who was with her, turned around as well. "And why do you keep chasing me as if the world's ending in 10 days."

You placed your hand on Megan's shoulder. "The world is not ending but..." You showed her a letter. "I got good news for us."

Megan took the letter and read it with Ginny. Megan's eyes widened and loudly gasped causing every student to stop on what they were doing and turned to her. You rolled your eyes and nudged Megan causing her to look up from the letter. "Sorry." She grinned sheepishly and everyone went back to their thing.

"What is it?" Luna asked curiously.

"Our mother just had a baby!" Megan squealed in delight. "It's a boy!"

My dear daughters,

β €β €β €As you two know already, I am pregnant. Your father would've been excited to see him. Well, I know he still is up there. The Healers came last week and finally gave birth to a healthy baby boy.

His name is Cameron Adriele Stark.

β €β €β €Your father has always wanted American names. We had an agreement before that I get to name our babies first and he could add a second name. I mean, I at least deserve it since I had you both for 9 long months.

β €β €β €But when the baby has finally arrived, I decided to make his first name Cameron. Edward liked the name Cameron while I gave the second name Adriele. I can't wait for you two to meet him.

He got his father's eyes...

I miss you both! Take care of each other.

Love,
Mum

"Cameron..." Megan sighed. "Really American, huh?" She turned to you and frowned. "Well, except for yours. Yours can be anything. That's quite unfair."

"Because I'm the oldest." You teased as you stuck your tongue out before leaving.

You were walking towards the Great Hall and spotted Cedric talking with Peter. A smile formed on your lips and quickly ran towards them. Without a warning, you hugged Peter from behind causing him to jump in surprise.

Peter chuckled as you pulled away. He turns to you and grins. "(Y/n)!"

You grinned back. "Hello, Pete!" You looked at Cedric who was smiling at you. "Hello, Ced!"

Cedric waved at you, still smiling sweetly. You turn to Peter, looking at his eyes. "How are you?"

"I'm fine. How about you?"

"Brilliant!"

Peter crossed his arms and smirked. "I haven't seen you this happy, (Y/n). I'm glad you're back to your old self."

You paused for a moment before nodding. "I'm glad too."

Peter looked at his watch on his wrist and gasped. "Oh sh--I gotta go!" He waved at you before running off leaving you with Cedric.

You looked at Cedric with a bright smile. "Big day for you tomorrow, am I right Ced?"

Cedric chuckled nervously and scratched the back of his head. "Yeah. The Third Task."

You patted his shoulder. "You'll do great. I believe in you and be careful!"

His gray eyes softened and smiled warmly. "Thank you, (Y/n)." Without any hesitation, he brought you to his arms and embraced you warmly. You froze on your spot but melted and hugged back. "You know, you are the little sister I never had."

Your eyes widened before smiling and kissing his cheek. You pulled away and stuffed your hands into your pockets. "You, too, are my older brother that I never had." You suddenly gasped. "But I do have a younger brother now."

Cedric's eyes widened in delight. "Really?"

"Yeah, Mum just gave birth to him. His name is Cameron."

"I'm sure he'll grow up just like you."

"And after this, I hope you'll get to meet him."

Cedric laughed and was smiling uncontrollably. "I hope so too, little sis." He kissed your forehead.

"See you later?" You asked before he could walk away.

He smiled and looked at you above his shoulder. "See you in a minute."

Your knees bounced up and down in nervousness. You were looking pale and started sweating. You inhaled sharply and breathed shakily. Draco noticed how you were so he placed his cold hand on your lap making you flinch. "Are you okay, love?"

You started biting your nails and shook your head vigorously. "No. I'm not. I'm worried."

Hermione, who was just beside you, looked at you in concern. "About Harry?"

"Harry and Cedric." You corrected. You pulled your nail away from your teeth and held your hands together, praying. The sun has set down and it was evening.

You held Draco's hand on your lap, clutching it. Draco worriedly looked at you and immediately wrapped his arm around your shoulders. "(Y/n)?"

You didn't know why you were nervous. But after what happened back at the Quidditch World Cup, you were starting to worry and overthink about Harry and Cedric's safety. You were trembling in fear and nervousness. You could hear Draco talking until all you could hear was garbled noises. You couldn't hear anything.

"Avada Kedavra!"

You stared at Draco's eyes which are filled with worry, confusion, and fear. Suddenly, everyone cheered. You looked around and then saw Harry and Cedric were back. All of them were cheering except for you when you noticed something. 'Something's clearly wrong.'

Harry was sobbing, clutching his dear life to Cedric who wasn't moving. His face was pale white and his eyes didn't blink. Your eyes went wide as you felt your heart dropped. You quickly ran towards Harry, ignoring Draco's calls.

"He's back!" Harry yelled. "He's back! Voldemort's back! Cedric... he asked me to bring his body back. I couldn't leave him... not there!"

You stopped when you spotted Cedric's eyes were dull, staring out of nowhere. The light has left his eyes. You could feel yourself collapsing on the floor as your heart broke into many pieces.

'It's like I'm in dΓ©jΓ  vu.' Tears started crawling out from your eyes as your hand reached out for Cedric. "No, no, no, no..." You whispered.

"(Y/n)!" You heard Draco's voice from behind.

Suddenly, you felt arms picked you up and dragged you away. "No!" You yelled as you watched teachers and Fudge surrounded the body. "No, not again!" You screamed.

You remembered what happened to your father.

"Dad..."

"I love you so much. You, your sister, and your mother are my world."

"Oh, God..." You gasped as you clung to Draco. You watched as Cedric's father knelt down and screamed in agony. "It's my boy! No!"

Cho wiped her tears away as she stared at Cedric in shock and sadness. Peter stood beside her and found his friend lifeless causing him to cover his mouth with his hand.

"Dad... what are you doing?"

"If I don't make it back, know that I love you."

You cried out loud as you tried to breathe for air. Your hand clutched to your chest in pain as you remembered your last moments with Cedric.

"You know, you are the little sister I never had."

"You, too, are my older brother that I never had."

Your eyes opened as you helplessly looked at Cedric. "Cedric, please..." You sobbed as you pleaded.

A familiar pair of arms hugged you, his head resting on your head, whispering some comforting words. "It's alright. I'm here." You heard Draco whispered.

You sobbed harder and turned around to hug Draco tightly. You clutched his shoulder and cried on his chest. You felt his hand rubbing your back and he placed a soft kiss on top of your head. "It's alright..."

You shook my head. "N-No it's not. It's not alright, Draco." You whispered, tears continuously flowing. "I kept losing the people I care about..."

Hermione and Ron came to you and Draco and Hermione immediately hugged you from behind. Draco glanced at Ron who looked at him back in sadness.

"See you later?"

"See you in a minute."

You were lying on your bed motionlessly, hugging your pillow tightly, staring out of nowhere. Images have been showing on your mind. Edward, Cedric. 'It's too much.'

You closed your eyes, a tear slipping out from your eyes. You wanted to cry and scream but you felt too tired. You had no energy to pour your emotions out.

'Two deaths in a year. It's too much.'

"(Y/n)..."

You didn't bother to look up nor to turn. You know who it was. Instead, you hugged your pillow tighter, breathing shakily.

"Come on. We've been worried sick about you." Hermione sighed as she sat on the corner of your bed.

You hesitated but you looked at her with eyes bloodshot red from crying. "I couldn't bear anyone to die again." You whispered, too tired to even speak in a normal tone.

Hermione nodded in understanding. "I know, (Y/n), I know."

You sighed and sat up, fixing your robe and uniform. You stood up and Hermione stood next to you, offering her hand. You stared at it before holding her hand and you two exited the dormitories and Common Room.

Once you were outside, you were welcomed by a warm hug just by the Great Hall. "(Y/n)..." You heard Draco's comforting voice. You didn't know if you should hug him back or push him away.

Instead, you broke down into tears and cried on his shoulder, slowly hugging him. "Oh, darling..." He whispered. You buried your face on his neck, hugging him tighter.

"I'm so tired." You whispered.

Draco pulled away and held your hands. He hesitantly looked down on your wrists. You shook your head. "I couldn't cut myself. I really tried but I just couldn't." You admitted, sobbing. "I'm too weak."

"No, no, no. You're not, darling." Draco shook his head and cupped your cheeks with his hands. "You're brave."

Hermione nodded. "You are, (Y/n). And you are brave enough that you stopped yourself from cutting."

Draco smiled softly before patting your head. "See you later, love." Draco hesitantly walked away, glancing at you. Hermione and you entered the Great Hall and sat on the chair as Dumbledore started speaking.

"Today, we acknowledge a really terrible loss. Cedric Diggory was, as you all know, exceptionally hard-working, infinitely fair-minded, and, most importantly, a fierce, fierce friend." You winced as you heard Cedric's name. You felt a tear rolled down on your cheek and shakily sighed.

"Now, I think, therefore, you have the right to know exactly how he died." Dumbledore stepped forward, standing up from his seat. "You see, Cedric Diggory was murdered, by Lord Voldemort." You clenched your fists when you heard the Dark Lord's name while Harry inhaled sharply.

"The Ministry of Magic does not wish me to tell you this. But not to do so, I feel would be an insult to his memory." Dumbledore continued. Harry nodded, agreeing with Dumbledore.

"Now, the pain... we all feel at this dreadful loss reminds me, and, reminds us, that while we may come from different places and speak in different tongues, our hearts beat as one." You looked up at Dumbledore and felt your heart beating hard and fast.

"In light of the recent events, the bonds of friendship made this year will be more important than ever." You looked at Draco who lowered his head in sadness and looked up at Dumbledore.

"Remember that, and Cedric Diggory will not have died in vain. You remember that, and we'll celebrate a boy who was kind, and honest, and brave, and true, right to the very end."

5th year? Soon...

09.27.21 edit #1: since I did some editing, I had to watch Cedric die again but I couldn't bring myself to do it because I ended up crying and had to skip it. I thought I could handle it but I just couldn't.
