That's your dog. Bucky.

"Cedric, no!" You yelled before waking up, noticing that you have been covered in sweat and tears. You sat up and breathed heavily as your eyes closed shut and you ran your fingers through your messy hair. "Bloody hell."

You started placing your pillows back to their place as you huffed in annoyance. 'I hate Voldemort. I hate the Death Eaters.' You ranted in your thoughts. 'They're the reason why Cedric and my Dad are dead.'

Looking around, you found your guitar in the of your room. You sighed heavily and picked up your guitar, strumming the strings. It's been a while since you played your guitar. It somehow makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. You started humming and slowly, you softly sang.

"If I die young bury me in satin
Lay me down on a bed of roses." You closed your eyes as you continued to play the guitar.

"Sink me in the river at dawn
Send me away with the words of a love song
Uh oh uh oh."

You quickly stopped when you felt another presence in your room. You set your guitar down beside you and turned around. "Yes, Draco?"

Draco was visiting you. He wanted to come with you, your sister, and your mother to visit your father's grave. Vivian allowed him to come and visit you but you knew if your father was alive, he would've allowed him as well but you might hear a neverending rant from him about the Malfoys being terrible.

Draco looked at a picture just sitting by the table. He noticed that it was a picture of was you and him. It was taken from your birthday. Draco saw another picture above, hanging on the wall. It was you and your family together. You saw him smiled. "Bored or did you just felt like playing the guitar?" He asked as he sat beside you. He pulled out a green apple and took a bite.

"Just felt like it." You muttered as you looked down at your guitar. Suddenly, Draco took it. "Hey!"

"It's my turn." He smiled. In return, you snatched his apple and quickly took a bite. "Hey!"

"What?" You asked innocently. He pouted but shook his head. He started strumming the strings on the guitar. "So you know how to play the guitar?"

"I have one that's why. And I've been practicing it and the piano as well." He answered, not looking into your eyes since he was looking at the strings. "I composed a song." He confessed.

A smile formed on your lips as watched him. Your eyes noticed a shining pendant hanging just above his chest. You noticed a necklace wrapped around his neck and the pendant is a lock. Your eyes slightly widened and quickly looked down at the necklace that he had given you during the Yule Ball.

"If I had a plane, where would I fly to?
If I had to use my brain for something else, tell me what would I do?"

You looked at him as he sang. He looked back at you with a smile. You put down the apple on the bedside table and continued listening.

"And if I had a strange conversation with a lady in a waiting room
About leaving all this doom and gloom."

You chuckled as you brought up your feet to the bed and hugged your legs. You placed your chin on your knees as you listened to him singing.

"If you could be anywhere, then where would you be?
If you could be anywhere, would you be there with me?"

You slightly nodded causing him to smirk a bit.

"If I could be anywhere, I'd be there.
If I could be anywhere, I'd be there with you, girl."

He stopped and placed your guitar down beside him. You frowned. "Why'd you stop? It was beau--"

You were interrupted when he leaned forward and placed his soft and cold lips on yours. You flinched but kissed back, feeling his hand cupped your cheek while the other hand was resting by your neck.

He pulled away and stared into your eyes. You realized what happened so you quickly moved away. "I'm sorry. I shouldn't have." You quickly apologized.

"Why?" He asked. "Is it still about the feud about our families? We can work this ou--"

"I'm..." You sighed deeply. "Scared, okay? Not only did I lose my father last year but now You-Know-Who has returned making our relationship even more complicated."

Draco stared at you as you closed your eyes. "I mean, we both know that... your father did served the Dark Lord." You stated. You looked at him. "And whether he was under the Imperius Curse, he still served him."

"(Y/n)..."

"And that's another reason why my Dad hated your father." You continued. "Dad told me Lucius lied about being under the curse. But he still trusted him that he won't do anything stupid to get our family in danger--"

A sudden realization hit you. 'Wait. Lucius is a Death Eater. He can't... no, He can't be. He wouldn't. He wouldn't have killed my Dad that night.'

"Stark. Get out of the way."

"Do not do this. Please."

"You know I have to."

"Then you leave me with no choice."

You looked down as Draco waited for you to say something. "(Y/n)?"

"Avada Kedavra!"

You flinched when Draco placed his hand on your shoulder. You stood up and stared at the bewildered Draco. "I-I think you should go."

"But why--"

"Didn't your mother told you that you have to come home? I heard that Lucius wants to talk to you."

Draco slowly nodded. "Yes, but I promised you that--"

"It's fine!" You cut him off. "We'll be, um, fine. The conversation with your father must be urgent so you have to go."

Draco hesitated but he stood up and walked towards the door. He gave you one last glance before leaving the room. You sighed heavily and sat back down on your bed. You noticed the door was open so you stood up to close it until Buckg came inside.

A soft chuckle escaped from your lips as Bucky jumped on the bed, waiting for you. You sat back down and the dog started licking your cheeks. "Hey, Buck." You greeted with a smile as you rubbed his head.

Just a few moments later, Draco finally arrived at the Malfoy Manor. He closed the door behind him and found his mother fixing some furniture. "Hello, mum." Draco greeted her. Narcissa turned around and gave her son a sad smile. "Oh, Draco."

She hugged him tight making Draco confused. "Are you alright, mum?" Draco asked.

"Your father wants to see you. He's in the library." She responded and gave her son a quick kiss on the cheek.

Draco blinked in confusion before hesitantly headed to the library. He opened the door and saw his father standing in front of the bookshelves. "Father?" Draco asked, stepping forward, closing the door behind him.

"He's back." He heard him said as he touched the books with his fingertips.

"Who?" Draco asked again, furrowing his eyebrows.

"Lord Voldemort." Lucius turned around and his son saw him smiling. "He's back." He showed Draco the Dark Mark on his left arm by rolling his sleeves upwards making the young Malfoy's eyes widen.

Draco saw the mark on his father's arm when he was younger. He didn't quite know and understand what it was so Ilhe shrugged it off.

Lucius' smile faded and quickly marched towards his son. Draco yelped and quickly headed towards the door but he was pushed in the wall and pinned with his father's hand on his shoulder. "Are you scared of me?"

'Ever since mum gave birth to me.' Draco thought to himself but decided to shake his head. "No, father."

"The Ministry doesn't believe that the Dark Lord is back," Lucius informed. "Let's keep it that way until he finally shows himself to them. You will not say a word about this in your school. You will pretend to agree with the Ministry, do you understand?"

Draco nodded vigorously. Lucius huffed and pulled his hand away. "Go." And with that, Draco immediately left the library.

When he reached his room, he paced around in panic. 'I must tell (Y/n).' He thought to himself but he quickly shook his head. 'Wait. No. She'll be in danger. Besides, she'll hate me and my family even more.'

Draco stopped when he saw an opened letter laying just on his desk. He walked towards it and noticed that it was the letter that Edward Stark has sent him before.

"I want you to promise me to leave (Y/n) out of danger and from the Dark Lord. If you want her to be safe, then make sure she is safe." He read softly. He closed his eyes and sighed heavily. "I will, Mr. Stark. I will protect her."

You and your mother stood in front of your father's tombstone while Megan was leaning her forehead against the stone. Bucky sat beside her and leaned his head to Megan's arm to comfort her.

Vivian was carrying your younger brother and you glanced at him when he started babbling and playing with your hair. 'Poor kid. Didn't even get the chance to meet Dad.' You sighed as you gestured to your mother to give you your brother.

Vivia lent you your brother and you carried him. Cameron giggled and wrapped his little arms around your neck as he continued babbling. You looked at your mother. "I can't believe it... in just a few days, it's gonna be a year with him gone." You told her.

"Me too." Vivian sighed. "It was as if just yesterday when he told me of going home early because I have a gift for him."

You patted your brother's back as you slightly rocked him back and forth. "And he didn't know that your gift would be a baby boy." You and Vivian chuckled. "Imagine Dad being excited but nervous at the same time."

Megan softly chuckled as she looked up at you and Vivian. "I could imagine it. He would run around the house frantically screaming, 'I am going to be a father again' endlessly."

You nodded as Cameron looked at you and touched your nose with his small hand. "I think he would be thrilled to know he finally has a son." You adjusted how you carry him and poked his little nose causing Cameron to smile and did the same thing to you.

You stared into his eyes and looked at Vivian who replaced the dried flowers with fresh new ones. "You were right, mum." Vivian turned to you. "Cam did get Dad's eyes."

Cameron cooed in wonder causing you to smile. "I will show you numerous pictures of him."

Megan stood up and played Cameron's arm. "And I'll tell him stories about Dad." She glanced at you and Vivian. "We'll share Cameron the stories of how amazing Dad was."
