"What? Arrested? Why?" Jisoo ask as the cop in front of her went to grab her hand to put the cuff on but she snatched her hand away.

The cop sigh "Kim Jisoo, you are under arrest for committing bribery, blackmail, and abusing your power as a detective. You have the right to find a lawyer and you have the right to remain silent as long as you wish"

He grabbed her wrist forcefully as she struggles to let go "bribery? Blackmail? The fuck?" She scoffs in disbelief. "Detective Kim please cooperate," the cop said as she keep snatching her hand away.

"Why should I cooperate on something that I didn't do?!" She argues. "Then let's go to the station and prove your innocence. You fighting us like this just make you look more guilty!"

As the cop said that Jisoo scoff and stop struggling. "Just wait until I get out, You guys will pay for doing this to me." With that being said Jisoo let herself be dragged out towards the car.

Taehyung rush towards the hospital as soon as he found out that Jennie got admitted. He was in the middle of a meeting when he found out.

He went towards the reception and ask "Kim Jennie, quick!" The person looks at him "who are you-" Taehyung snaps at her "just tell me!" The receptionist flinches and nod.

"Ward BA34" Taehyung left the receptionist and run towards the room. He slam the door open as he burst into the ward, both the doctor and Jennie who are talking look at him, shocked.

"Taehyung, why are you here?" Jennie asks confused. "Who did this to you?!" Taehyung asks as he walks towards her. "What-" she wants to reply but someone else suddenly enters the room.

"Mrs.Kim, this is the drink that you want, I bought it." A male entered the room with a plastic bag and a cup of coffee. Upon seeing the male Taehyung suddenly went to him and hold his collar.

"It's you right?!" He suddenly accused the poor male, the male stare at him confused "w-what?" Taehyung tsk. "You son of a bitch!" Taehyung suddenly punches the male in the face.

He fall to the ground as the coffee spilled to the ground. Jennie widens her eyes as the doctor pulls him away. "Taehyung! What is wrong with you?!"

Jennie quickly stand up forgetting that she just woke up and was still weak. Making herself lose balance and fall. The male who saw her falling quickly ignore the stinging pain on his cheek and went to help her.

"Mrs.Kim, are you okay?" Jennie nods as he helps her stand up. She glares at Taehyung "what the fuck is wrong with you?! He is the one who helps me and saves my life! Why are you so rash?!"

Taehyung stops struggling upon hearing her explanation. He looks towards the male who bows his head a little. "I'm, Jungkook Jeon Jungkook, I'm very sorry for this misunderstanding"

Jennie shook her head "don't be sorry, he is the one who is at fault! Why are you even here anyway?!" Taehyung looks down in guilt. Jungkook purses his lips as he says.

"Mrs.Kim, calm down. I am the one who calls him because he is the only number on your favorite List so I thought he is your close family or friend or maybe... Just a maybe, your boyfriend" he said honestly.

Taehyung lift his gaze as Jennie froze there somehow turning red. Jennie turns to her table and grabs her phone as she checks her favorite contact.

She mentally curse herself When she saw Taehyung's number in it. She sighs and glares at Taehyung as he looks at Jungkook who stands between them awkwardly.

Taehyung pass jungkook a cup of coffee. Jungkook takes it and sips on it. Taehyung sit beside him soon after and took a sip of his own. Taehyung sigh and glance at him.

"Sorry, I get so worked up to the point I punch you." Jungkook nod and chuckle "don't worry, I can handle a few punches. I'm the one who should be sorry"

"Why?" Taehyung asks as jungkook shakes his head. "If I'm early for a bit maybe she wouldn't be admitted at the hospital." He sighs, Taehyung nods and asks, "what happen?"

Jungkook sigh again. "Yesterday when I'm walking back home when I saw Mrs.Kim walking back on the other side off the street, I just shrug and walk towards my apartment which is on the other side of her way."

Jungkook pause "but then I saw someone follow her. Out of curiosity, I decided to follow the person too. When I arrive, she got shocked by the male. Out of instinct, I help her, and then she passes out."

"Choked her?" Taehyung asks as the other nod. "I want to report this but Mrs.Kim didn't allow me." Taehyung sigh and rub his face. "Thank you so much, Mr.Jeon."

Jungkook nod and stand up. "Since you are already here I guess that I can take my leave now" Taehyung stand up "I see, sure. It's a pleasure to meet you"

Jungkook smile and pass his card "it's my number, call me if you need me as a witness. I suggest you report this. She might be a serial killing victim, she might be in danger"

Taehyung takes the card and stares at it seems like she is in deep thought. Jungkook pats his shoulder and says before walking away "tell Mrs.Kim that I'm sorry I can't stay any longer and meet her, tell her to get well soon."

Taehyung just nods as he watches the male leave. Taehyung keeps Jungkook's card as he walks away towards the hospital.

Jisoo crosses her legs as she just sits in the room no one is in there. Only her and a group of NIS agents on the other side of the window.

Jisoo doesn't know either, she won't know why is she here instead of the station. But she didn't question. Annoyed is an understatement, she is pissed.

Someone suddenly enters the room, Jisoo just glances at the person. A male, tall and broad shoulder. Handsome but she is too pissed to admit that at the moment.

The male sits In front of her. He starts reading some papers. "Kim Jisoo, do you know who I am?" Jisoo huff. "Do I look like I care?" She asks arrogantly.

The male smile "I'm Kim Seokjin, the one and only director of NIS" he say proudly but she didn't show any reaction. Instead, she gets more confused about why the director of NIS will talk to her.

"In this file, it was stated that you committed bribery, blackmail, and... Abuse power?" Jisoo scoff for what seemed like a hundred times. "I have told you that I didn't do that"

"But we have hard evidence," he says as he put a file In front of her. She grabbed it angrily and start reading it. She tsk when all of the evidence is fabricated.

"Kim Jisoo... Don't you want to find an easy way to escape this?" Jin leans in as she glare at him. Jin smirk "let's make a deal... Work for me"

His smirk fell when Jisoo slam all of those paper on his face. Jisoo huff and smirk at him "yaa... You bastard son of a bitch, just wait you motherfucker"

Jisoo shakes her head "I won't accept the deal, I'll fight you guys and prove that I'm innocent. I will have a lawyer and you guys will regret this. You shithead."

She spat as Jin huff and stand up. He glares at her "good luck then." He turns around to leave the room but Jisoo says soon after.

"Just to say to you to let you know, my lawyer is Lalisa Manoban" Jin glare at her for the last time and leave the room.
