Join clubs. This is going to be another thing where you probably thinking "ARE YOU OUT OF YOUR MIND" but trust me. Now listen closely this is very important. You can't just choose to join any clubs. Obviously your going to want to choose clubs your interested in so if you are interested in drama you should build up your confidence and join but if you want to avoid people or socializing join clubs like a book club, a yoga club, any club that use minimum communication. There are some cases like the book club where you still have to talk about the book but if you really like reading you should have no problem to make up the courage to say a sentence about the book.  This is more dedicated to people who want to avoid people who are shy. If your just someone who doesn't like people (Like me) I would NOT advise this because you will be surrounded with people.
