BeyBlade is a brand name for japanese toyline consisting of spinning tops.

Burst is a part of a newly introduced system in the toyline. It signifies a bey separating into it's individual parts when it: comes in contact with another bey and/or stadium, or it's parts have loosened and weakened.

So to sum up, BeyBlade Burst is the first franchise in the Burst series, and the third, after the metal fight saga.
