Trenor and Chole are now at the Kalos Region as they are going to find the Earth Gem. As they are walking around the place, Chole starts to remember about what happened before she become a member of Team Alpha. She is helping her father with the stuff in the Lab along with the other two researchers , and that is when Ash comes inside with a girl that she hasn't met before, it turns out that the girl is called Lillie and she is from the Aether Family. Ash seems to be in a furious tone as he asks them if they have seen Go, the four of them don't know anything as Go has already left the lab to pursue his dream to capturing all the Pokemon.

Ash and Lillie tell them the truth of what happened to the two of them and they can't believe that Professor Oak would be doing such a thing to them, they are also sad that even Go joined them only for Ash's Pokemon. After all, he wants to capture all the Pokemon and Ash has a lot of rare Pokemon that not many people have. Right now the whole lab has joined in Team Alpha, with Chloe being the member of Team Alpha. At first, they are shocked to learn that Ash and his siblings are going to form Team Alpha so as to destroy the world, and of course they don't agree with this, but with Ash and Trenor assuring them that they will save those who are still good and they reluctantly agree. But after living with them for a long time, they also see what happened to the rest of the humanity and eventually they also give in to help them destroying the world, Professor Cerise even becomes the main scientist to give the good humans the cleanse and the transformation to become Pokemon. As for Chloe, eventually she moves on from Go as she has a crush on Trenor, since he has been taking great care of her after learning what happened to her childhood friend.

Speaking of Trenor, he is still thinking about how he finally got reunited with his brother. His mother brought him to an orphanage in the Kalos Region, but the people there aren't friendly as they have been bullied him due to the fact that he was weak and distant to others. It keeps getting worse year after year, it is until Ash came and he managed to help him escape the place he thinks as hell. But he is siding with Insey, thinking that not all humans are bad, while Mark and Minami are the ones who agree with all humans are bad and Ash and Golly have to be the neutral ones, which is why they are the leaders.

After a long walk, they eventually arrive at the Terminus Cave, Chole turns to Go and asks, "So the gem is inside this cave?"

"Yeah. This is the Terminus Cave and I am sure that Squishy will be able to help us." Trenor says as they see a dog rushing over to them. He bows and he says, "Trenor, Chole. I have been waiting for you."

Trenor pats the dog's head and says, "Hey, Squishy. Nice to see you again, do you know the location of the Ground Gem?"

"Of course, I have been guarding it for years, let me show you where it is." Squishy says.

Before they are able to get inside the cave, they hear a boy says, "Chole? Is that you?"

The two of them flinch as they turn around, it is the traitors, and they are giving evil smiles to them. After losing track of Minami and Alain, they have been wandering around the Kalos Region, finding preys and kill them, as they don't even care about anything in this war-torn world. Seeing the two of them in front of them is like finding a Big Nugget in the middle of the street. Bonnie notices the dog growling at her and she gasps, "Squishy? Is that you?"

Squishy roars a little and then it fires the Dragon Pulse at her, Clemont grabs her with the Aipom arm and they manage to escape. Bonnie yells, "Why are you doing this? Squishy? Aren't we friends?"

Squishy says, "Don't make me laugh. I am a member of Team Alpha, and like Ash, I intend to help him destroy the world, as well as you guys who I consider my enemy."

At the same time, Go walks forward to Chole, he can't believe that his childhood crush is still alive and in front of him, he feels delighted and he says, "Thank goodness, I thought you were killed just like others..."

"Back off, Go." Chole yells as Go is confused as he stops his feet. Misty says, "What is wrong? Aren't you happy to meet us?"

Trenor says, "That is the best joke I have ever heard of. Chole and her family are actually members of Team Alpha, that is why she isn't happy to meet you."

The group are shocked as they can't believe that even Chloe is with their side. Go says, "Please, it isn't true, right? You can't be a part of Team Alpha!"

But Chloe just gives them a cold glare that sends them shivers, and it makes worse as she accidentally pours some Icy Wind at them. "And what if I am? Team Alpha is my new family, and I despise disgusting humans like you."

Those who Chloe are surprised as she has never said those words before, Iris turns to Trenor and he yells, "You must have drugged her somehow...She wouldn't be saying those words!"

"I didn't." Trenor says. "She learned the truth of how you guys took Ash's Pokemon and even tried to kill his precious things."

Chole says, "And I am disappointed with you, Go. You agreed with them only because you want to fill in your Pokedex, because of your actions you no longer have my trust."

Go feels his heart aching, but since she has become Team Alpha, he just doesn't care as he insults her, "And what if I do? What are you going to do about it?"

At the same time, Bonnie still tries to approach Squishy and says, "It isn't true right? Squishy? Don't you remember what we did in the past? Are you going to throw that away?"

"I am willing to do so after learning what you guys did." Squishy says. "Greninja has the power to link with Ash and we have seen what you did first hand. I can't believe that a young innocent girl will turn into an evil girl who tries to kill anyone for greed."

Trenor sees how one group is harassing Chole while the other group is harassing Squishy, he sighs and mutters, "This is going to be a waste of time, at least they aren't trying to kill us. But we need to get the gem before they know what we are planning."

Trenor yells, "We don't have much time with you guys, we are in a hurry, Squishy, use Land's Wrath. Now."

Squishy hears it and then he makes the ground shake, the traitors are falling down on the ground, Chloe and Trenor quickly rushes along with Squishy as they enter the cave. Max yells, "They are getting away! We have to stop them!"

"Chole, wait!" "Squishy!" Go and Bonnie run into the cave as the others can only follow them as well.

Trenor and Chole are running at the third basement after getting through what seems to be a maze inside of the cave, but they are groaning as the traitors are trying to follow them as well. Trenor says, "I can tell why Brother really despises them. They are really annoying and they are also very eager to destroy us..."

"What are we going to do? What if they find out that we are after the gems?" Chole asks.

"That's why we can't let them catch up to us." Squishy says as he changes into 50 percent form, "Hop on quick, we will get the gem and then we escape to the other side of the cave."

The two nod as they rush to the pedestal where the gem is. Chole got the gem and then the two of them ride on Squishy as he uses Extreme Speed. Just then, the cave is shaking and a Steelix appears from underground as they block their path, Trenor realizes that the Steelix belongs to Brock, and he just glares at the traitors from behind. "Blocking the path, it is not cool."

"It seems like you are getting something here, why don't you hand over to us?" Max asks.

"Like we will get you anything that benefits Team Alpha to a bunch of greedy losers." Trenor says, and they feel insulted. Go hasn't trying to give up on Chloe and he yells, "Please Chole, why don't you stop being a member of Team Alpha and come back to us?"

Chloe looks at the pleading look of Go, her eyes blink white for a second and she starts to frown. As for Bonnie, she says, "Squishy, do you remember the song that I sing to you when we are together?" Squishy starts to pale as Bonnie starts to sing the Squishy Song.

Trenor has fear in his eyes as he is afraid that the two will change their minds because of what they are doing. Chloe just shows a determined look and says, "I have made up my mind." She takes out Boltund and yells, "I am not going back to you guys, you are not the Go I know. Boltund, Fire Fang on the Steelix."

The dog Pokemon bites the Iron snake and it roars in pain. Trenor smiles and he takes out the Pokeball, "Donphan, show them a human bowling ball with your Rollout."

Donphan rolls around and then the traitors can only dodge the attack, but it leaves them an escape route to go. Trenor says, "Squishy, we should go now."

But Squishy can't move because of the song Bonnie is singing, Squishy says, "This song has been hurting me and I can't move because of it...what should I do?"

Trenor frowns and then he says, "I can't believe that we have no other choice..." He takes out the Pokeball and a Claydol appears. "Claydol, Teleport us away."

As the four of them disappear from their sight, the traitors are gritting their teeth as they let another member of Team Alpha escape. Clemont says, "Bonnie, stop singing, Squishy escapes."

"What?" Bonnie frowns as she kneels down, with little tears coming out from her eyes. "Why, Squishy...don't tell me you really..."

Back outside, Chole turns to Trenor and asks, "What happened and why did Bonnie's voice stopped Squishy?"

"Brother has told me that the tune Bonnie sang is a song that can petrify Squishy for a moment. She didn't realize it of course, but it doesn't mean that we are safe from it."

Squishy says, "And you could have just teleport us in the cave and out immediately."

"I am sorry, I just don't like teleportation." Trenor says as Squishy bids them farewell as they head to the Kanto Region.

Here is a new chapter, and I reveal why Go join Professor Oak and the traitors and how Squishy have a weakness, which is Bonnie's song. I know it may be confusing, but Bonnie did sing this song to purify Squishy from Team Flare's control, so I decide to do something special with the song in this story.
