5. Cliffhangers!

I'm a huge fan of cliffhangers on Wattpad! I use them to end most of my chapters. Why? Because when you're writing serially it gives people a reason to come back for the next update! It also allows for more discussion in the comments section of your book, while readers are guessing what's going to come next.
