At the train station, Kyoko was sitting on the bench thinking about the days when she used to fight against the Shadow Line with her brother, friends, and her husband all of those years ago. She was waiting for her husband, Right, to come to the train station to pick her up after her business from the city. Kyoko waited for almost an hour before she looked at her phone to call Right when her brother, Hikari, came in.

“Kyoko,” Hikari said.

“Oh, hey brother,” Kyoko greeted, “Is Right running late?”

“He is,” Hikari said, “Right ask me if I can pick you up which I agree and besides I haven’t talked to you in a while.”

“But he told me that he is picking me up not you,” Kyoko said in confusion.

“So Right didn’t send you the text message about picking up being changed?” Hikari asked.

“No,” Kyoko replied.

“Right! Why didn’t you tell Kyoko about the changing plan?!” Hikari thought.

Kyoko got up after grabbing her work back. She looked at her brother and smiled softly.

“Let's go so I can go home and see Right,” Kyoko said.

Hikari smiled and nodded as he walked out of the train station with Kyoko following behind him. When they got to Hikari’s car, they got in and drove to Right and Kyoko’s house. Hikari starts the car and drives toward the house. Kyoko looked out of the window while thinking about her birthday which is the next day.

“Sis, I want to tell you a happy early birthday,” Hikari said.

Kyoko quickly looked at her twin brother.

“Thank you, Hikari, but aren’t you coming tomorrow for mine and your small party?” Kyoko asked.

“No, I’m afraid not, neither others are coming so you will have Right at your small party,” Hikari replied.

“Oh…” Kyoko mumbled, “Then happy birthday to you too.”

“Thanks and I’m sorry. I’ll promise that we can make it up for you,” Hikari said.

“You better,” Kyoko warned, “Or else I will yell at you guys.”

Hikari nodded so fast and make a promise to tell others to make it up with Kyoko later. When they arrived at Kyoko’s house, Hikari stop the car. Kyoko got out and waves bye to her brother before going to her house. Kyoko open the door and went in to see the house being dark as she tried to turn the light on.

“What the?! Why is the light not on?!” Kyoko exclaimed.

Kyoko sighed softly and drop her work bag by the door. Then she walked toward the kitchen but noticed something flickering from the upstairs. So she went upstairs to find what is going on. Right heard Kyoko is home and coming upstairs so he quietly quickly went to the bedroom.

“Hello?” Kyoko asked, “Right, is this you?”

Kyoko didn’t get the answer. Kyoko is starting to get nervous and jumped when heard the loud bang from downstairs. She quickly turn around and went back down. Right was hiding since he got to the living room and waited for Kyoko to appear.

“This is way too creepy!” Kyoko thought.

“Right, this isn’t funny. You better quit playing around or I will send you to a doghouse,” Kyoko yelled.

Kyoko walked into the living room when Right turned the lights on to surprise Kyoko. Kyoko yelped when she sees Right standing there.

“Happy birthday, Kyo!” Right said.

“Right!” Kyoko said before she punched Right’s arm.

“Ow!” Right yelped, “I’m sorry!”

“You better be. Now, why did you do that?” Kyoko asked.

“Because I want to do this for your birthday and I haven’t done like this in years,” Right replied.

“Really?” Kyoko asked as she looked at Right.

“Yes,” Right replied.

Kyoko hugs Right as he hugs back. Right kiss on Kyoko’s lips before picking the small gift and handing it to her. Kyoko looked at Right before opening the small gift to see the picture of her and Right as the kids of the locket.

“Right… I love it,” Kyoko said, “Thank you.”

“You’re welcome, Kyo,” Right said.

“I love you, Right,” Kyoko said.

“I love you too,” Right said.

Kyoko hugs Right tightly as she held her new locket. Right smiled softly at his wife and took the locket from her to put around her neck. Kyoko touch her locket as she looked at Right and smiled.

“Thank you for my birthday gift,” Kyoko said.

“Welcome,” Right chuckled softly as Kyoko lay her head on Right’s chest.
