I CANT EXPLAIN THINGS IM CONFUSING MYSELF. So. Here's what I've found on 3rd person rp to teach us and other people who are rping

Third Person

Probably the most common kind of narrative is the Third Person. Third Person is the narrative of a Storyteller, following an event from outside and giving a sort of play by play. This style of narrative uses words like 'he' 'she' they' 'them' and keeps the storyteller and the reader out of the equation. Most novels you see are written in this way. An example is like this.

He enters the forums quietly. She checks to make sure no Senpai is watching. Then they accidentally close out the tab and mourn their mistake."

It's generally the go-to format for objective storytelling as it draws a fine line between the characters, the mun, and the other RPer, but it isn't a necessity. Unlike the other two, Third Person has a couple subsections that go with it. These are Third Person Limited, and Third Person Omniscient.

Third Person Limited follows a single person at a time, and the storyteller only reveals what he knows. Books like the Harry Potter series are third limited, because the author writes it so the audience only knows what Harry knows at any given point in time
