AFTER NATASHA HAD LEFT, Sam and Amber went back to the hotel room they were staying in. Amber sat on the windowsill looking out at the rain, and the view. Sam jolted up suddenly, his gaze moving from his phone, to Amber.

"Turn on the Tv stat" He said standing up,

Amber got up and turned on the small hotel television, Amber gasped at the headlines. "I'll go get Steve" she said hurriedly, running out of the room and down to the reception.

Amber spotted Steve talking to Sharon by the elevators, "I'm so sorry to interrupt, but Steve, there's something you might want to see" Amber said sternly.

"A BOMB THAT WAS HIDDEN IN A NEWS VAN, ripped through the UN building in Vienna, leaving more than 70 people injured and at least 12 dead, including Wakandas king T'Chaka," A news man read out. Amber, Sam and Steve watched it carefully, but Sharon was on the phone pacing the room.

"The officials have released a video of the suspect, who they have identified as James Buchanan Barnes, The Winter Soldier. The infamous Hydra agent linked to numerous acts of terrorism and political assassinations"

"I have to go to work" Sharon sighed, interrupting the tv.

Steve nodded, and Sharon left quickly,

"Get changed" Steve told the two, "We're leaving".

AMBER STOOD BESIDE Steve, her purple hair up under a hat and out of sight. She had ended up wearing a white long sleeved top and black ripped jeans and all topped off with a pair of aviators, just trying to fit in with the crowd. Steve on the other hand was wearing a brown leather jacket, jeans, a grey top, a SnapBack and glasses.

Steve picked up his phone and called Natasha once she was in sight.

"Yeah?" Nat sighed into the phone,

"You Alright?" Steve asked hastily,

"Uh, Yeah. Thanks,I got lucky" Natasha stood up looking around her, "I know how much Barnes means to you, I really do. But please, stay home, you'll only make this worse. For all of us",

"Are you saying you'll arrest me?" Steve said into the phone,

"No, but someone will. If you interfere, that's how it works now" Natasha replied,

"If he's this far Nat, I should be the one to bring him in" Steve sighed,

"Why?" She interrupted,

"Because I'm the one least likely to die trying" He said before hanging up, he tilted his head at Amber and they both walked into a local cafe, where Sam was eating cake.

"She tell you to stay out of it?" Sam asked, he was wearing something that was nearly identical to what Steve was.

"She might have a point" Amber said sitting down at the counter and ordering a drink,

"He'd do it for me" Steve said looking around,

"Maybe in 1925, I'm just making sure we consider all our options" Sam said watching as Amber took a sip of coffee.

"The people that shoot at you, usually wind up shooting at me" Sam said looking over to Steve,

Their conversation was interrupted by Sharon who walked up to the counter and stationed herself between Steve and Amber,

"Tips have been pouring in since that footage went public, everyone thinks The Winter Soldier goes to their gym. Most of its noise, except for this" she said sliding Steve a file,

"My boss expects a briefing, pretty much now, so that's all you're going to have to work with" she continued,

"Thank you" Steve said lowly,

"You might want to hurry, we've orders this to shoot on sight" Sharon said before swiftly walking away.

"Ok, now we leave" Steve said walking out of the cafe, Amber rolled her eyes and finished her coffee before following him and Sam.

"HEADS UP CAP, German special forces approaching from the south" Amber said through the comms, she was standing on the roof of the opposite building where Steve was with Bucky hopefully. Sam was somewhere overhead watching.

"Understood" Cap replied firmly,

Amber kept her eyes on the German special forces, "They've set the perimeter" She said once more,

"They're entering the building Steve" Amber said leaning over the edge to look,

Amber spotted Sam flying away from the building, "They're on the roof, I'm compromised" he said flying off.

"They're in the building" Amber said reading a few of the men's thoughts, "You have about five seconds",

"Three seconds" Sam said hurriedly,

"Breech" Amber half yelled into the comms, as she watched a man break through the window of the apartment Steve was in.

A bag was thrown from the apartment, and landed meters away from where Amber was watching.

Amber stepped out of her hiding space as Bucky jumped from an apartment. She watched as he grabbed the backpack.

He looked at her and he glared at her, he ran towards her angrily. He tried to tackle her but after reading his mind, learning his strategy, she stepped to the left making him stumble.

"I'm on your side dude, chill" Amber began, but she was soon interrupted by a man jumping out of nowhere in a black cat mask and suit. The man pounced at her and Barnes making them both hit the roof floor.

Bucky and the man quickly got to their feet and started throwing punches, the cat man sent a kick to Bucky's stomach making him slam against a metal box. Amber jumped onto the cat and back, to pull him away from Bucky. "RUN" She yelled as the cat man flipped her, The man in the suit sent a punch to her face, she quickly got up and began sparring with the man. She sent a kick to a place where it hurts the most for men, if you know what I'm saying, but he seemed unharmed.

"Dude, you have, like, balls of steel" Amber panted, she gasped as the man scratched his claws down her side, making her cry in pain.

"Y'know Sam? A little backup would be nice" she groaned,

She noticed Steve jumping from the apartment block onto the roof where they were fighting, Bucky was now fighting the cat guy, but to escape he jumped off the side of the building. Amber pulled herself off the ground, holding her side before sprinting after Steve, Bucky and the Cat dude as they sprinted on a main road.

Amber followed in pursuit, jumping down into an underground tunnel road after them all. They all ran, Amber jumped into a random car.

"Hey!, sorry for this but could I borrow your car?" Amber said looking at the man driving, he screamed and left the car instantly,

"Awesome, Hop in Cap" Amber said as Cap passed, he quickly got in the car  and drove after Bucky. He swerved around multiple cars, but then they felt a thud on the back of the car. The cat dude was holding onto the car trying to catch up to Bucky. Steve swerved the car sided to side trying to shake him off, but he didn't budge.

"Sam, we can't shake this guy" Steve said into the comms,

"I'm on it" Sam said flying above them,

Amber glanced behind them, around thirty cop cars were speeding after them.

"Steve, they'll have us, go through the barrier" Amber told him, he swerved into the opposite traffic lanes smashing through the concrete barriers. Bucky was now in front of them on his  bike, they watched as Cat dude run and tackle Bucky onto the road. Bucky reacts quickly throwing an explosive at the exit of tunnel, Amber and Steve rolled out of the car and began sprinting after Bucky who was still running from the cat man.

Steve tackled the cat dude, as he was about to strangle Bucky.

"Cap" Amber said worriedly, looking at the police who had cornered them. Amber looked at them all and every single one of them were holding AK-47s pointed at the five.

Then out of nowhere, Rhodey dropped down in his War Machine suit, both repulsed ready to shoot, "Stand down Now" he commanded them, Steve placed his shield on his back, and Amber, who's hands were unintentionally glowing purple, faded so the mist was gone.

"Congratulations Cap, you're a criminal" Rhodey said angrily. They all raised their hands as the police closed in, Amber was pushed to the ground roughly, a cold metal collar being placed on her. Amber cried out in pain as a big electric shock pulsed through her neck.

"HEY, LEAVE HER ALONE, SHES JUST A KID" Sam yelled as he was getting handcuffed, resulting in him getting hit in the head with a gun.

Another shock ran through her body making it convulse, tears were now running down her face against her body's will.

"P-please make it stOP" she sobbed as a bigger shock sent her body shaking.

"STOP, PLEASE, SHES A KID, YOU COULD KILL HER" Steve yelled angrily, as Amber convulsed on the floor,

Black dots spotted Ambers vision as she was picked up roughly under her arms, and dragged into a van, Steve, Sam and T'Challa, who turned out to be the cat dude, were pulled and placed into the same van.

Steve made Amber use him as a pillow, as she still convulsed and shook, because of the painful electric shocks.

"It hurts" Amber whimpered, closing her eyes,

"I know." Steve said running a hand through her hair, before averting his gaze to her wounded side,

"Crap Amber, what happened to your side?" He asked his eyebrows furrowing together out of worry. Amber's wound had not healed yet and blood was still oozing out of the four stretches.

"Cat dude over there scratched me on the roof" she winced as Cap tried to apply pressure by ripping a piece of fabric from his shirt.

"Seriously man?" Sam fumed,

"She was protecting a murderer" T'Challa snarled,

"He's innocent, he was framed" Amber said loudly sitting up straight, against Steve's word, "Your father was killed by someone else, I don't know who but it sure as hell wasn't Bucky",

The car went silent, and Amber was pulled back into a lying position, her body flinching every time she got shocked.

"So you like cats?" Sam said, breaking the silence,

"Sam" Cap said sternly, Amber groaned but a grin crept onto her face. A powerful shock ran through her neck making her cry out, black dots covered her vision.

"Amber, come on" Steve pleaded, "keep your eyes open"

"I'm sorry" and with that Ambers eyes closed leaving her unconscious, shocks still running through her body.
