The Wicked Witch of the West melted when Dorothy threw a bucket of water on her.  That means she must not have ever taken a shower or a bath.  The Wicked Witch of the West must have been one smelly lady.  And then, of course, she kept a lot of flying monkeys around.  Monkeys aren't exactly known for their cleanliness either.  It seems to be a popular monkey activity to fling their feces around.  And she wasn't mopping that up with any water clearly.  I'm just saying that was one gross witch.
