After the meeting is over, Mark wants to talk to Lillie alone, and Lillie asks, "What's the matter, Mark?"

Mark says, "Brother Ash's heart has been in despair and darkness for a long time, I've never seen him smile since we formed Team Alpha. Not only that but whenever someone mentioned his Pokemon, he would just try to avoid the topic."

Lillie gasps in shock after hearing how badly Ash has been suffering, Mark says, "Lillie. Only you can save our brother. Promise us that you won't abandon him."

"I promise, I'll never give up until it's over." Lillie says.

After going into the Aether Foundation, Ash met the remaining travel companions, who all give him a hug.

"I'm glad that you're still alive, Ash." Dawn says.

"Yeah, we have been worried about you." Chloe adds.

"I'm sorry, guys. You guys all heard everything from Golly, right? Since then, I tried to avoid you to protect you guys..."

"We understand, after Bonnie, Sophocles, and others' death... we have been in a depression as well..." Clemont says.

"But we still can't get over Misty, May, Max, and Iris' betrayal... how dare they join Team Rainbow Rocket..."

Ash frowns and says, "You might be right about that... but the truth is, May and Max didn't actually betray us..."

"What do you mean by that?" Brock asks.

"You see... May and Max are acting as spies in Team Magma and Team Aqua respectively." Ash says. "The two of them volunteered to take the job after finding out my true identity."

"You mean they were on our side this whole time?" Chloe asks.

"Yeah, but their cover was blown a few days ago, and we lost some of Team Meteor's members to save them." Ash frowns a little.

"We've also heard everything about your past. How dare they kill your Pokemon and also dump all the fault on you... it's a good thing that the PLA and the International Police are on your side." Cilan says.

"That might be true, but there might be spies inside each organization as well. That's why we decided not to get them involved in some situations unless they're trustworthy."

Chloe asks, "So what are you going to do next now that you reveal everything to us..."

"Lillie and I are going to travel around the regions, Xerneas and Yveltal informed me that all of my Pokemon were revived, and I am going to look for them and recapture them."

"But how are you going to find out where your Pokemon are located?" Brock asks.

"I know that all of my Pokemon are still the same species, except for Tauros. And they aren't going to be the only ones I'm capturing. I'm also going to capture some chosen Pokemon. The Chosen Pokemon have Arceus' marks on their bodies."

"But letting Lillie go with you in the other regions..." Mohn says, "Can you be sure that you'll protect her?"

"I'll definitely protect her. Those who mess with her are going to pay dearly, I'll make sure of that." Ash says.

Lusamine smiles and says, "I know you can protect Lillie. And don't worry about the marriage proposal. Mohn and I approve of you two being together."

Ash blushes a little and he says, "Th-thank you so much... that really means a lot to me..."

Lillie enters the room and asks, "Did I miss something?"

Ash says, "Lillie, there you are, I was just finished talking about our plans to my friends and your family."

Lillie nods and Lusamine says, "That reminds me, have you two eaten dinner yet? It's already past 6 o'clock."

"We're going back to our castle to eat. That reminds me, do you want to join us for a meal?" Ash asks.

"You have your own castle?" Chloe asks in surprise. "That makes you a prince!"

"I would be a prince if my parents weren't killed by Team Rainbow Rocket. Since their deaths and I'm the oldest, I'm the King. But I don't mind having Lillie as the queen."

"A... queen..." Lillie mutters with a blush.

"That sounds even better, don't you think, Lillie?" Dawn asks.

"Yeah..." Lillie decides to stay silent while they all head back to Ash's own place.

During that night, the other travel companions also get to meet Insey, Mark, Minami, and Trenor. Surprisingly, they are welcoming to all of them and they did chat a lot about their past.

"So can you tell us about the Sevestar Region? This Region sure looks a bit different from the others." Cilan says.

"Sure, the Sevestar Region is probably heaven to people living in the region. We have a lot of different challenges for people to face, and different facilities to enjoy as well." Trenor says.

"All thanks to the RPA Company. A company set up by Brother himself after 4 years of studying at Narauva University." Mark says. "Brother selected a lot of courses such as marketing and also business, other than battling courses of course."

"Never know Ash manage to learn a lot more things from school..." Clemont says. "But then again, he sure has become a bit mature."

While the boys are talking, the girls are also talking as well. Minami says, "So can you tell us more about either Serena or Lillie to us? I mean, if she's going to become our sister-in-law, we should know more about her after all."

Dawn says, "Well, it is not our place to talk about their past, but all we know is that Serena used to be in an idol group known as "PokeQueens." We are also one of them as well."

"Yeah, it consisted of 5 members, Lisia, Serena, Dawn, Yancy, and I." Chloe says. "I guess you have never heard of them before?"

"All of our minds are occupied by our hatred against Team Rainbow Rocket. We didn't have that much time to find hobbies." Minami says.

"But now that Serena's gone, what are you going to do with the idol group?" Golly asks.

"We're trying to ask if Lillie wants to help out, but she doesn't give us an answer yet." Chloe frowns. "We haven't been able to perform for a while because of the war against two giant organizations."

"Better than one that does the actual thing of hurting people." Minami says. "We won't stop until we see Giovanni and the other leaders' dead bodies rotten to the ground."

"Speaking of Lillie, where are she and Ash?" Chloe asks, and they realize the two of them aren't present.

Ash and Lillie are sitting near the lake, Ash notices the ribbon and says, "Since you have Serena's memories, I have to assume that you're wearing her ribbon as well?"

"I have never taken off this ribbon ever since Serena becomes a part of me." Lillie says while touching the ribbon. "This was the ribbon that you gave me in the past after all. Under the moonlight sky, the Pledging Tree with the festival... and also my first loss of showcase because of my recklessness."

Ash says, "It's not your fault. I also lost my first gym battle as well. But at least we learned from our mistakes and we even get higher positions in the end. Was it really confusing? I mean, having both you and Serena in your mind."

"It was really confusing at first, sometimes I have been wondering whose memories are those, but seeing you in my memories makes it easier." Lillie replies. "After all, you are my inspiration and also my love."

"If I have to guess, Serena's feelings for me started from the time when I found her knee injured in the Summer Camp, am I correct?" Ash asks.

"Yeah... and to tell the truth, I'm jealous of her because I've never met you before until the day you come to Alola trainer's school." Lillie says.

"There's nothing to be jealous about since you and Serena are now one. Don't you two agree?" Ash turns to Sylveon and Snowy, who nods in agreement. Ash kneels down and says, "So Sylveon, has Lillie been taking good care of you?"

Sylveon says, "Of course, she takes good care of me! I can still feel Serena in her. Although... I miss Pikachu..."

I hug Sylveon and say, "Me too, I also miss Pikachu as well. He was executed for a crime he didn't commit. Xerneas told me that Pikachu is somewhere outside in the world waiting for us to find her."

"It's fine. No matter who you are, you're still the Ash I know." Lillie then thinks of something, "You know, was Ms. Ketchum an Arceus as well?"

Ash says, "No, my Mom is a normal person, but my father is an Arceus. But there are multiple Arceus in the world, and they are still considered Pokemon. Even Pokemon has life and death, and even though we have the highest base stat in total, we are still vulnerable to attacks and my dad was killed."

"I can tell... even your sister was in a coma for several years." Lillie says, "But Ash... about what we did yesterday... do you think I'm pregnant?"

Ash widens his eyes and says, "If you're pregnant, then what do you want to do? Keep the child in this wretched world? Or abort it so that nothing happened?"

Lillie frowns and says, "Of course, I want to keep a child. They are our treasure, Ash. I always want to have a family with you."

Ash blinks a little before smiling, "I see... I'm glad that you share the same thoughts as me. How about we have a wedding tomorrow before our journey to find our Pokemon?"

"Are you sure? I mean... if I really am pregnant, won't I become a burden? I want to travel with you after all..." Lillie says.

"Lillie, you are not a burden, I will make sure that Team Rainbow Rocket will never harm you, especially in your pregnant state. And besides, we really don't have the time for a real wedding, we'll just sign the wedding contract and that's all."

"I see... but once this is done, will you promise me a real wedding ceremony?" Lillie asks.

"Anything for you." Ash says. Then they hear their friends searching for them, so they decide to head back before they start to get worried.
