First you must inject yourself with a stable strain of Virus 35-A, which doesn't exist yet, and not die.

Then, you must find a way to remove me from my main source of power (which I'm not going to reveal), so thay I'm weakened. Though I will still be a threat, since this object only amplifies my powers.

After that, I must be moved to a place where I don't have as much power yet again, such as outside the SBF.

Then you can use whatever Virus 35-A Abilities you may have gained to incapacitate me for however long you need.
