Once upon a time a dragon came and stole a princess from her home
It placed her in it's liar and it guarded her with teeth and flame

And the king send out his plea to all the kind, the able, and the brave
Who heard his words to free his daughter from the cave

For years swords were melted, arrows burned, and armor dented
None could take on the dragon no matter how well they fented

And then a day where none had come the princess thought
How bravely all those men came to save her and they fought

But lost - as all men do when facing a raging dragon
But she had been there far too long it could no longer go on

And so she walked out of the cave and the dragon made no sound
The woman was a fighter not a princess to be bound

She walked out into the sun and back to her father's halls
Soon joyous music rang between the castle walls

There was no room for sadness - everything was joy and laughter
For yes, a dragon came but the princess lived happily ever after
