We are 12 players and two dm's. A couple of weeks ago we split the party. One half plays with me, the other with my friend. Up until now they've played the same champagne, the only difference being they were at two different places in the universe we play in.

Last time my players turned against eachother, and we decided to start a new champaign for them.

I did.

And in the progress, I might have invented a new RPG system. And today (the first time we played with the new system and the new lore) they ran off with a tiny dragon and crash landed in the courtyard of a momentary.
