The whole world is exploding
Didn't you hear it go?
Not with a bang but a whisper
As silent as the falling snow

Around us the debris is falling
Where our cities once rose
Now there is nothing but ruble
An era has come to a close

Hailstorms rage through the country
The sea are invading the shores
Snow comes down from the mountain
Claiming the land once more

Noises so long forgotten
Once more fill up the night
Animals, creatures are howling
Somewhere far out of sight

They claim the pulsating darkness
As they have claimed the days
And we just have to accept
That we don't have a say

The whole world is exploding
That is the barren facts
But don't you think it'll be okay
If nature corrects what we lack?
