"And now we're going to tell you about the current culture of the United Region." Ash says. "As you can see, 19 of our regions have their own king and queen. There are only 6 exceptions. The Ice Region, the Dark Region, and the Multitype Region only have a queen without a king. The Dragon Region, Fire Region, and Fighting Region only have a king without the queen."

Lillie says, "And some of them are actually Gym Leaders, Elite Four members, or important figures around the world."

"Really?" Serena asks. "Now that I think about it, who are actually the King and the Queen of each region?"

"That's a good question. I'll give you a list for the official royalties." Ash says.

Multitype Region: King Adam (Deceased), Queen Aurora, Prince Ash, Prince Mark, Prince Trenor, Princess Minami, Princess Golly, Princess Insey.

Normal Region: King Henry, Queen Brenda, Prince Ruby.

Fire Region: King Kabu, Queen Blair (Deceased), Princess Helen.

Mark says, "Besides our Multitype Family, each region has a part of their territory in the 9 core regions. And that means 2 for each core region, it is obvious since you already know who the queen or the king is."

"You know, I'm sorry if I offend you, but how did your father die?" Chloe asks.

This causes the six siblings to frown, and Ash says, "My father is my mother's Chosen One, he's an aura guardian who works with my mother to stop evil teams. However, he is killed by Team Rocket's leader Giovanni, after he fails the mission to kill him in the end."

Golly says, "After a lot of years, we finally get to destroy Team Rocket with the help of International Police. And also because of it, Brother Ash and Lillie are now the current head of the International Police."

"I see..." Gary says. "By the way, do you have any Professor or Champion in the region?"

"That's a good question." Trenor says. "We don't have the Professors, however, the king and queen of each region take their roles to give out Starter Pokemon and Pokedex of the regions. As for Champions, we have special challenges in the Multitype Region. Let's start with the first one: The Knight Challenge."

"Knight Challenge?" Dawn asks.

"Here in the United Region, if you register for the challenge by the Pokemon Center, we will give you the title: Knight." Ash says. "A Knight can raise their ranks with the approval from the King and the Queen of each region, like the system in the Battle Chateau, for completing 3 challenges, they will get Baron, Viscount, Earl, Marquis, Duke, and finishing the Multitype Region's Knight Challenge, they will gain the title of Grand Duke."

"And what are the challenges?" Sophocles asks.

"For each region, they will pick two challenges that are much like Gym Challenges or Trial Missions. I'm sure you know what that means, right?" Ash says.

"I know that my Trial Mission is related to watching my Marowak dancing." Kiawe says.

"I also remember that you have to climb to the top of the wall in Cyllage Gym." Serena says.

"And not to mention doing those quizzes in the Ballonlea Gym." Chloe says. "And what do we do after finishing two of those challenges?"

"You'll be able to battle either one from the Royal Family to gain the Knight Badge." Ash says. "However, for this challenge, we royalties can only use 6 of the 18 Pokemon for this challenge."

"6 of the 18 Pokemon?" Mallow asks. "Is it because there are 18 types in the world? But there are some Type combinations that are still missing. Like Normal and Ice Type, Rock and Ghost Type."

"That is actually not a problem." Minami says, "We have our own Pokemon after all."

"Pokemon that can only be found in the United Region." Insey says.

"Wait, you have original Pokemon in the regions as well?" Gary asks.

"Of course." Ash takes out some pictures, and the newcomers haven't seen those Pokemon before. "However, I'll keep the spoilers from visiting the regions."

Lillie says, "Now we have other challenges: The second challenge is the Rook Challenge."

"Rook, wait, do you have 6 challenges based on the chess pieces?" Chloe asks.

"That's right. However, the Knight Challenge is the popular one. The Rook Challenge is actually a special raid battle similar to the Totem and the Titan battles in Alola and Paldea. However, the Titan Pokemon is the Legendary Golems. Like Regirock, Regieleki, and so on."

"Hold on... no wonder I see those pictures look similar... they are the new Regis? Regigigas manages to create 12 more Regis?"

"Yeah. And each of them is pretty strong." Lillie says. "But after winning against them, you'll get the special Rook Badge. For 3 badges, you'll gain treasures related to boosting stats. Like Protein, Calcium, and so on."

"That sure is special." Lana says.

"The Pawn Challenge is by far the easiest one. You just need to show the officials that you have the strength to use these conditions: Mega Evolution, Z Moves, and Gigantamax." Ash says. "However, Z Moves are by far the hardest, because the Z Moves need to be customized ones. Like Lycanium Z. Of course we also create some new Z Moves for new Pokemon."

"I can't actually wait to see those." Gary says.

"The Bishop Challenge is another special one. It revolves around Eevee." This causes Chloe's Eevee to perk up after mentioning the name. "Here in the United Region, it won't be easy to evolve Eevee."

"What do you mean by that?" Serena asks.

"Water Stones aren't going to evolve Eevee into a Vaporeon unless some conditions are made, by having high happiness doesn't let you get Espeon or Umbreon unless some conditions are made." Ash says.

"Oh... wait, does that mean you add 9 new Eeveelutions as well?" Dawn asks.

"Of course." Lillie says. "By having one of them, you can just get the Bishop Badge. For 3 of them, you'll be able to get some special items related to battles."

"And now we're going to the Queen's Challenge. This is our own version of Contests." Insey says.

"So you do have contests in the United Region!" Dawn says.

"However, the Appeal Rounds are different, in that region, you'll have to bring out the best of that region's type. In the Ice Region, you'll need to use Ice moves to make a great performance. This will also affect the advancement because some of the moves might look the same."

"That sure is hard..." Serena says while sweating. "But what about the Battle Rounds?"

"Oh, the battle rounds are the same." Lillie says, "You can use any type of Pokemon. The only hard part is the Appeal Round. And after getting 18 Queen's ribbons, you'll be able to take part in the Grand Festival held in this Multitype Region."

"No wonder not many people take part in the Contests of the regions... you need 18 Queen's Ribbons to enter the Grand Festival." Chloe says.

"By the Gladion, how long are you going to stay silent?" Trenor asks, and Gladion flinches.

"Yeah, you have been awfully quiet ever since we talk about how the region works." Golly says.

"Well, I... I am not sure if I have to pretend that I know everything considering that I'm also from the United Region as well..."

"Oh, don't worry if you don't know anything." Lillie says. "It's my and my mother's fault for not telling you everything about the place we're born in. But you do remember the King's Challenge, right?"

Gladion says, "The King's Challenge is the hardest one. You'll have to battle a Legendary Pokemon to get the King's Badge."

"Battle a Legendary Pokemon? Are you serious?" Kiawe asks.

"Does that mean we can battle a Kyogre?" Lana asks with stars in her eyes.

"Of course, you can." Ash says. "For 3 badges, you'll gain special Poke Balls, and by defeating 18 of them, you might be able to get Master Balls and Beast Balls."

"Those are some sick rewards." Gary says. "But Ash, does that mean you manage to get all 108 badges or ribbons?"

"Trust me, carrying those things isn't that pleasant. Lillie and I manage to spend together here in the United Regions after all. Not only have those 6 challenges, but we're also setting our own company RPA."

"And now we're going to visit the regions once more since we need to find the new Gym Leaders for the 9 core regions." Lillie says. "Of course, some of them are already chosen when we're traveling the 9 regions, but there are still a few that needs to be done."

"That sounds like a tough job. Are you sure you're fine with these?" Trenor asks.

"Don't worry. However, there are some things that I need to deal with first." Ash says as he takes out his Rotom Phone.

"What is it?" Serena asks, and just then, the Rotom Phone floats to the window and suddenly uses Thunder Shock, hitting a drone camera and causing it to explode.

"What the... since when can Rotom Phone use Pokemon moves like that?" Chloe asks.

"Oh, after experimenting with my Rotom, we find that it can actually have 18 forms as well." Lillie says. "And the Phone Form makes it pure Electric Type."

"So we can battle with the Rotom Phone as well..." Gladion says.

"And those traitors aren't giving up on stalking us like Team Rocket. What do you think we should do with them?" Ash asks.

"I'll call the International Police and arrest them." Lillie says.

After a while, the International Police arrive and arrest the traitors, Misty yells, "Let go of us! Who do you think you are?"

Ash says, "You're stalking us, and that itself is a crime. We'll also confiscate your Pokemon so you won't be able to teleport yourself out of the prison."

"You can't just abuse your power like that!" Max yells.

"Me? Abusing my power? You are the ones that have been trying my limit." Ash says, "Take them away and I don't want to see them again."

The traitors are still screaming as they are taken to the helicopter, and Lillie sighs, "Good grief..."

"At least they aren't going to bother us for a while." Ash says. "But then again, it also means that we need to pick new Gym Leaders to take their roles as well."

"I don't think that will be hard, considering those guys haven't been doing their gym jobs for a long time..." Mark says as they nod.
