I woke up in the dark. I couldn't open my eyes, because I exist from a couple of days. I could hear only her muted crying.
- Why?! What did I do to deserve this?! - I heard her words between the tears.
  She was really sad and I became sad too.
- I'm only 16 years old! How am I gonna raise a child? - my mom was asking herself.
- Gwen, are you okay? You're in the toilet from years! What happened with the pregnancy test? - someone shouted worriedly trough the door.
- I'm coming, Ellie! Just a minute! - my mother shouted answering and got up, then opened the door and soon decided to lay on a bed.
- What happened, Gwen? The test is negative, right? - Elleonor asked her worried.
Mommy was laying quietly.
- Gwendolyn?
- I'm pregnant... - she started crying again - I am freaking pregnant!
My eyes slowly opened and I saw a little light in front of me. Soon the light changed in to a picture of a red haired girl, looking at me sadly with her warm hazelnut eyes.
I think that I was looking trough my mother's eyes!
Maybe this is Ellie?
- It's alright, Gwen. Just cry it out, I'm here for you! - she hugged Mommy and let her cry on her shoulder.
- I don't know what to do, Ellie! - my mom continued to cry - My parents will kick me out!
- Don't be stupid! They will understand the situation and try to help you! And if something happens, you can always stay here and live with me in my house! - Elleonor answered.
- What about High School? Everyone would think that I am a sl...
- Don't even say that word, Gwendolyn! - her friend scolded her.
- And how am I gonna tell Carver? - Mommy looked Ellie.
- You are together from 1 year! I think that he would understand you and help you. After all he's the father of your child!
So my father's name is Carver? I hope that he would be happier than Mommy, when she found that I'm growing in her stomach!
- I'm not so sure, Ellie... After he took my virginity on our anniversary, he started avoiding me...
- Really? But that was like a week ago! - she said shocked.
- There's something strange in this whole thing... - I felt how scared my mother was.
- Maybe he will stop avoiding you when you tell him about the baby. - her best friend told her hopefully.
- The thing is...I don't know what to do with all of this...I just...I just think, that everything is gonna fall apart because of my stupidity. If I was more careful, everything would be normal! - she whipped her tears and sighed.
- Listen, Gwendolyn! What's done is done! You can't turn back time or change something. You are already pregnant and you should take responsibility for your actions! Carver too! So stop crying now and start planning your future as a mother, because if you do an abortion, I'm not talking to you anymore! - Ellie scolded her again.
- You are right...I think... - Mommy tried to smile.
- That's my girl! - her friend smiled too and touched me trough her belly - And you, little baby...I promise you, that I wouldn't let your mother cry anymore!
Okay, Ellie, if you are such a good friend of Mommy, I promise you, that when I come out of here, I'll make her smile everyday!
