A few warnings: this is a surrealist novel, and there will be potentially triggering and explicit (also sexual) scenes; and, as a psychological thriller mystery, it will deal with themes such as death, murder, and mental illness. A lot of the fictional events will transpire without explanation, for your interpretation. Most of these event will be abstract, highly symbolic, straight-up confusing. The advisable reading experience would be that of not wondering, not asking rational questions, not trying to figure out what or why is happening, but just letting yourself be immersed in the absurdity of this story.

I added the LGBT tag because the story involves LGBT characters, but that is not the focus of the story, nor does it actively deal with LGBT issues.
