Third Person POV

"No." Percy said bluntly.

"What now?" Nico seemed irritated. He doesn't understand a thing, this kid!

"Why would I help you? I don't owe you a dam thing." Percy was still angry. He didn't have anything to do with this. Why get him involved?

"Annabeth, I told you it would have been easier to just kill him off." Luke said.

"Luke, and all of you, will you give me sec to talk with Percy? Alone." Annabeth said. It was more of an order. Even in this state everyone knew better than to argue with her.

"And what if I deny?" Percy said. He had heard Luke tell him how Annabeth saved him. But, she had still hidden all this from him. She had been a part of all this and hadn't told him at all. He didn't have anything for her.

"Percy, stop with your kiddish ignorance, will you? It's not about us, this is about the whole world." Annabeth had said 'us' very simply. Though she knew there was no more 'us', that is, Percy and her left.

She motioned from her hand for the others to leave. Once everyone was out of earshot, she began.

"Look Percy, I know you hate me for the fact that I didn't told you about this. But I don't want you to forget that you were gonna betray us by joining the Titans. Luckily, it was Luke only. And you never told me about Calypso, did you? Though I already knew about it all but that's beside the point."

Percy's head was bent in shame. He had no right to blame everything on Annabeth. He was the fool who had played into their hands. He was the foolish one. He had to make up for it.

"Tell me about it. The plan, I mean." Percy still wouldn't meet Annabeth's eyes. Now there was one more reason. He didn't want her to see the shame in his eyes.

"See. We are having a rebellion. All gods and us demigods are gonna like do that street thing people do."

"Whoa, whoa. You are telling me we are gonna do that kind of rebellion?"

"It's the only way."

Percy smirked. "Imagine the Gods shouting while holding banners."

Annabeth smiled at that thought too. "This is something I don't wanna miss."

For the first time their eyes met and there was no hate in them. He loved her. He had had a change of mind.

He stepped forward. She stepped forward. For what seemed like eternity, they just stared at each other. Then Annabeth bent towards him and pressed her lips on his. It was a question.

He answered it by fully kissing her. She returned his kisses with full passion. Before they were gonna go onto the next base they were abruptly disturbed by a "Uh-hem"

Naturally that caused them to sprung apart and step backward. Percy slipped and fell down.

"Ouch." Annabeth was giggling. He smiled in return. It felt good to be back to normal.

"Umm.. Sorry about this..We couldn't hear any voices and were worried, so I came to check. Wrong timings, huh?" It was Luke. Even he was smiling. Annabeth and I were blushing now. This was embarrassing.

"So now that you and my cute lil sis have made up, I am warning you, if you ever do anything to hurt her, you will have to feel my wrath." He smiled warningly.

"Uh-Huh. Got it." I smiled back. How does intense moments suddenly change into the best moments of your life? No idea. Miracles do happen, after all.

§..........§

"So, about this rebellion, is it really necessary?" Percy asked. Annabeth burst off laughing.

"You really are naïve. I was joking about that" She winked.

"Humph. Now if you will, please tell me the REAL real plan."

"Okay then. So we are gonna sabotage Zeus' daily meal with the a speacial powder made by Persephone."

"Persephone seems to have all kinds of powerful items, huh?"

"Well yeah. But the problem is all of them smell a lot. Anyone can tell that they are special. Zeus very well knows about it. What we need is YoU."

"Me? What can I do?"

"There is a prophecy about how the son of the sea god will have the power to take down Zeus. It's the same prophecy in which it was stated that whoever kills the ophiotaurus, will have power to take control Olympus."

"No. No way am I gonna kill Bessie."

"But, it's the only way."

"No! Zeus isn't that bad. I would tolerate him but never kill my friend."

"Percy, please try to understand, will you? This is not about what you want. This will decide the fate of Olympus."

"I really don't want to, but..."

"That's more like it. We don't have much time before Zeus gets the sniff of you being alive. We have done our best to hide your presence." Luke said pointing at his stomach. Meaning Kronos' power, yuck.

So after all, this was the decision. Whether he takes Zeus down or not. Olumpus' fate rests on his shoulders. He needs to make the decision. NOW.

§..........§

He was going deep under the sea faster and faster. He needed to reach it. Quick. He had just been contacted by Rachel. She had told him about a vision. She didn't understand it ,but she beleived he would.

She was right. He knew what to do. Thanks, Rachel. At last the one who saved the world would be Rachel. Percy just had to make sure it worked.

On the way, he had also met Calypso. They had hugged awkwardly and accepted that their ways lied on different paths. They are better off as friends.

Poor Bessie.

He wanted to at least visit Bessie, but that will have to wait. He went straight for Posiedon's palace and told him to stop all the preparations.

He told them how Rachel had seen the sky fall. He told them that if Zeus was killed, the sky would fall on them all. Zeus is the ultimate sky after Oursnos' death.

They cannot kill or overcome him. The prophecies were all meant for Percy. He was the saviour. Though there was always, always, someone else who was behind him. Who did the real work.

He was always just a puppet. Everyone praised him. But he was not the true hero. That's why when Zeus offered him immortality after all this, for his clear intellect and belief in Zeus (Zeus was extremely happy with Percy. Percy became Zeus' favourite!! Can you imagine?), Percy refused.

He knew power was not something they should give Percy. It would just end up bad for them. Then there was Annabeth. He could imagine their future together. They were finally together. He didn't want to leave her just now.

Ah, little did he know about Gaea. Schist!

For now, he was gonna enjoy the life of a teenager as long as he can.

A/n: Ah well so this is the end. I know this wasn't very cool but I ran out of stuff to write. This was my first big Fanfiction as I told in the prologue, so it wasn't up to the level, but I gave it my best. I hope you enjoyed. Let me know your feedback, if any :)

THANKS FOR READING.
