(Y/n POV)
I walked to the hotel that Charlotte Magne, the daughter of the devil herself, has made to redeem sinners. I was hoping maybe this could help me return to heaven along with tell me the answer to why I am here, maybe god knew about charlie's redemption idea and sent me as a fallen as a way of helping her along with being able to protect her. As I went to the door I raised my arm but was suddenly scared, what if they don't like me, what if they think I'm an exocutioner angel, will they kill me? I took a deep breath then knocked on the door as I stand tall.

(Charlie's POV)

I heard a knock at the door and went to see who it was. As I opened the door I looked up at a figure to...see...a...f-fallen a-angel!!! I am so petrified right now I don't understand why he's here, and why is my face feeling warm? As we started at each other Vaggie came to help me.

"Estúpido maldito caído, I don't know why your here but I won't let you hurt charlie!!!" The figure raised his arms as he looks at the both of us, "listen I'm not here to fight, I just want to help Ms. Charlie with her hotel." Charlie looked at the fallen angel confused, "really?" The angel then walked to me and held out his hand, "my name is
Y/n univérsæ potestátes, and I would like to help you in redeeming the people of hell."

I looked at him and he gives me a smile that actually makes me feel safe, then I shook his hand, "You know my name's Charlotte Magne but you can call me charlie." After we shook hands he looked at Vaggie and smiled to her which gave me the feeling of, Jealously? Why would I be jealous right now for a fallen angel? I wonder how Vaggie feels?

(Vaggie POV)

Did he smile at me, and why is my face warm? Ill just stay close to Charlie to make sure he doesn't try anything since she's starting to trust him. The fallen angel walked around the hotel cleaning and fixing everything so we can have a place to relax. I guess he can't be that bad, but if he tries anything to charlie I'm gonna kill him.

The fallen walks to us and I stand in front of charlie and he takes a step back and I thought I'm seeing things cause he was scared and yet brave enough to continue walking to me, "Ms. Vaggie I promise you that I don't want any harm to Charlie since she has to be the only entity in hell that has a good heart." After he said that he reached behind his back then gave me a katana which actually surprised me. He gives me a smile which made me blush, why am I blushing to this guy!? It's not like I like him... Do I?

(Y/n POV)

Charlie then suddenly hugged me which made my whole face turn red, "I'm so glad your here to help us Y/n, maybe you could help us while we're at the tv station we hope you could help us tell everyone about the hotel." All I did was smile and gave both the girls a hug, "don't worry you two, I promise I will do whatever it takes to help the hotel I promise." Charlie and Vaggie both blushed and smiled knowing that they have one great friend to help them with the hotel. When that was over we head over to the Tv studio for charlie's plan.

Timeskip

When I heard killjoy make fun of charlie I had enough and had to change into my true form.

(Charlie POV)

I was about to argue with Katie killjoy till something shot passed us killing a demon that made fun of my idea. When I turned around I saw a big creature walking towards killjoy.

"Listen here killjoy, I don't want you or anyone in hell talking to Charlie that way. If I see you or anyone mess with her I will give all of you one helluva bad time you here me? She is the sweetest, kindest, and good hearted demon in hell so I don't want you to talk to her or I will break both your arms, both your legs, then I will break your face off of your skull. So I want you and every demon to never do anything to Charlie or I will kill every demon myself for hurting charlie's feelings you hear me?!"

Katie killjoy was terrified and I didn't know who this was until he was taking me and Vaggie to the limo wrapping his wings around me and Vaggie as we went to get Angel dust. Soon the figure turned to Y/n and was giving angel an angry look as she messed with the window until she looked at Y/n. He looked very mad at angel for doing a turf war with her friend cherry bomb. Angel looked at Y/n confused until she broke the silence, "What?"

(No one POV)

"What, WHAT, WHAT WERE YOU DOING?!" Y/n was very mad which was rare for him to be. "I owed my girl buddy a solid, isn't that a redeeming quality helping friends with stuff?" Angel told him rolling her eyes. Soon Y/n was held by charlie and Vaggie trying to calm him down, "NOT WITH TURF WARS THAT RESULT IN TERRITORIAL GENOCIDE!!!"

Angel only laughed as she makes a joke about her actions not being bad and her credibility being in danger while Y/n is still mad she ruined the hotels credibility. Y/n only curses every word in latin at angels mistake to the hotel. Y/n was definitely gonna kill angel dust soon for her actions but charlie helps him calm down and tells angel how it was uncool for her to do that. Then Y/n starts to cry since the one thing that can get him out of hell is ruined.

At the hotel they walked in as Y/n fixed a couch for them to sit at for the day. Y/n saw charlie walking outside and decided to sweep the floors. As charlie came in Y/n heard a knock and the door opening and closing two times before charlie called, "Vaggie,
Y/n." Vaggie asked what while Y/n looked at her. Then when charlie said the radio demoness is at the door Vaggie and Y/n panicked, "WHAT?!?!"

Then after that she let in the radio demoness Allison, as she talks about an incident in 1929. Y/n points glowing Red sword at her throat in his fallen form, "STOP. RIGHT. THERE. tu canis sordidum. I don't know what your game is, but I won't let you hurt anyone here you walking talking shitlord." Allison only laughed as she pushes his sword, "good sir if I wanted to hurt anyone here... I WOULD HAVE DONE SO ALREADY."
Everyone stares at her as Y/n defends the girls.

"I'm here cause I want to help." Everyone was confused then Y/n and Charlie asked what she meant. Allison explained how she wanted to use the hotel as a way of gaining entertainment to see the hotel fail which made Y/n mad. When she looked at everyone as employees she said she could cash in a few favors.

In the chimney Allison pulled out a strange cyclopes girl who suddenly was hugging Y/n tightly before running around cleaning up the place in a fast pace. Then there was a female cat with wings that really hates Allison and drank too much. Y/n didn't know why but while charlie and Allison spoke the new girls were staring at Y/n until he looked at them making them turn away all red. Then Allison gave Y/n a one arm hug and said this is gonna be intertaining then started to sing a song.

Niffty was about to be hit by the door till Y/n used his back as a shield for her. When they looked outside and saw madam pentious with her blimp. Y/n let her make her little rant then he snapped his fingers as portals opened up letting many headed skeleton hydras attack the blimp blowing it up. Then he headed to the hotel and while he wasn't looking all the girls gave each other glares over who's going to get him.
