Anaïs Oliveira was happy in Southern California. She loved surfing the ways with her friends, spending lazy days by the beach, and picking grapes from the vines behind her father's home. That all changed eventually, her father showing her his true colors.

Antônia had been putting up with her husbands abusive tendencies for years but, once Ismael hit her daughter she was fed up. During the night, she took Anaïs and left. The two ended up in the Outer Banks, Kildare island to be more specific. While Ana was happy to be away from her violent father and his criminal ways, this wasn't home, how could it be?

With a storm looming around the Outer Banks, and not just the literal storm, a figurative one too, Anaïs gets caught up in the adventure. Not to mention, she starts falling for someone in the process. Will all turn out well for the girl or, will she find out things she never knew she was going to learn?

Heyyyyy!! I had a different obx fic but I wasn't really feeling it so here is a new and improved one!

I'm excited for this plot and ready to put a lot of effort into it, especially since summer is basically here and the new season is coming out very very soon.
