Last evening I walked down that road I knew since I was four,
It was empty as always with only my footsteps to hear,
Not a ray of sunshine, the green tall trees blocked all sources of light,
The only thing that was shining was my heart ❤❤..

The road never seemed to end, there was always more to walk,
With fresh air all over to breathe in and breathe out ,
It was my favorite evening all alone in the deafening silence,
A walk down that road that made me feel alive..

That road and those trees sent a message to Me,
I am perfectly capable of being happy in the presence of no one else,
And whatever I do in my life depends on no one but me,
I can smile, laugh and cry all at the same time all on my own..

Some people hurt those trees and cut them down and make use of their barks,
Just like many have done to me,
Yet those trees grow back in shape ,looking beautiful as ever,
sometime, somethings I learnt from from them last evening,
As I walked down that road.....
