you looked at yourself and shook your head in disgust,
was I ever that foolish enough to commit to the wrong cause?
That feeling of dread that makes you lock up and stay in place,
Or that guilt that makes you crawl and cry out in pain.
Did it ever suffice in making you feel like you're shit?
Maybe life isn't as picture perfect as it seems!
