Sometimes I let the anger consider the options,
Let it overtake me,
and just like that I have become a shell residing behind that anger of mine.
A surge of deathly emotions making me lash out on loved ones.
Regret the emotion that replaces the anger once it washes away.
Don't look at me differently, I love them yet anger is a powerful emotion that once constricted will one day explode.
So let it go once in a while when you are far away and then embrace it.
