Tony stark led the brown eyed boy into an empty lab with glass walls, "and this is the lab.." Tony told the boy beginning the tour around Avengers compound.

"Good evening sir" A robotic voice came into the room suddenly, making Peter jump at first. "Would you like me inform miss y/n about your arrival?"

"sure Jarvis, that'd be great." Tony responded, observing Peter's confusion, "J.a.r.v.i.s. is an artificial intelligence assistance I created." Tony explained to the boy, "he helps me with..stuff."

"cool.." Peter breathed out shakily, trying to hide his exploding thoughts in his mind. "w-who's y/n?" He asked referring to the girl Jarvis had previously mentioned.

"y/n is my daughter." Tony quickly replied before changing the subject, he gestured to the lab and it's equipment, "this is now available for your use, oh and so is the training room and such..just don't go to crazy." He smirked.

"w-what?" Peter said in disbelief "I-I can use this?"

"whenever you want." Tony told the boy, "So here's your card.." He handed the teen an id labeled Avengers with a level five clearance. "That's to get into the rooms."

Peter took the card, inspecting it closely with his mouth wide open. Only a few days ago he had been running around Queens in a homemade suit helping old people cross the street, and now he had a suit that the Tony Stark had made him, clearance into Avengers headquarters and had fought Captain America in Germany. "Thank you so much Mr. Stark..this is amazing!" The boy laughed, holding the card tightly.

"Oh and there's one person you still have to meet." Tony told the boy, watching someone from behind Peter.

"Hey dad!" a female voice greeted from behind Peter, "I missed you!"

"Hey princess." Tony smiled, losing his smirk. "y/n this is Peter, Peter this is my daughter y/n, she's going to give you a tour around this place while I go see Pep. Bye." Tony said, before whispering to Peter, "everything here you can use but my daughter is off limits."

"um..h-hi." Peter told the pretty girl, putting his hand out to her. "I'm Spider Parker. I-I mean Peter man..no..I mean-"

"Peter Parker?" The girl finished for him smiling, and shook his hand "My dad mentioned you...I'm y/n." Great Peter thought, I'm completely messing everything up right now, she must think I'm a weirdo... "So let's get to the tour, yeah?" Peter liked the way everyone in the building was dressed as a security agent or office worker whereas y/n had on a pair of leggings and (insert fave band) t shirt. "So whatdya want to see first?" She asked clasping her hands together.

The boy rubbed the back of his neck slightly, not having any idea what rooms were even in the building, "uh..surprise me?"

She nodded her head turning around "let's start with the training room, I think you'll like it."
