???: Tell me rat, it's only me and you, who's going to save you now?

I soon woke up when I felt what felt like a rope smack me on my face. 

???: Hey, are you ok?

(Y/N): *Sighs* Thanks, Lia.

This is my girlfriend, Sash Lilac The Dragon Girl, she's a water dragon hybrid and can keep up with my speed, we've been dating for a year and a half. She's pretty chill and calm but can get very protective of me, my friends, and her friends.

Lilac: Let me guess, another nightmare about Infinite and THEM?

(Y/N): *Sighs again* Yeah... Been having these nightmares after defeating Eggman and Infinite, but the torment stayed with me.

Lilac hugged me and I hugged her back since she's the only one who knows about my past and promised she wouldn't tell anyone.

Lilac: Oh, before I forget, I heard from Tails that you, him, Knuckles, and Amy are going to Beacon Academy.

(Y/N): *Chuckles* Yeah, I'm glad that I'm joining my girlfriend at Beacon with my friends.

I looked at the time and noticed I had thirty minutes left for the airship to go to Beacon and I looked at Lilac, she was confused until she looked at her scroll and started to panic as well until I picked her up bridal style and ran off to the location of the airship.

3RD POV Timeskip Location: Airship Docks

Amy: They should be here by now.

Carol: Calm down Ames, Lilac and (Y/N) are the fastest things alive. They'll be here, right Milla

Milla: I'm sure (Y/N) and Lilac will be here, I'm sure of it!

Knuckles: Milla's right, I knew (Y/N) as long as Tails did. So he'll be here.

Neera: Let's hope they get here because I don't want my friends to miss the first day of Beacon. (A/N): Alright, Neera is going to be different in this au, ever since the war with Eggman, she's had time to interact with people and be less strict and more kind to the point of considering Carol, Milla, Lilac, Tails, Knuckles, and (Y/N) her best friends.

Tails: I think I see them heading this way.

Knuckles: I don't know, but if he shows his face again I'll punch his face in two seconds.

Yang: Same, because Ruby was so scared that if she went outside during the war, one of the badniks would hurt her.

(Y/N): Well, c'mon guys let's go.

Tails/Carol/Milla/Neera/Knuckles/Lilac/Amy: Alright.

As (Y/N) and his friends walked away, Ruby couldn't help but feel that her hero felt familiar.

Ruby: *Mentally* Why does Sonic seem so...Familiar?

(A/N): Alright, the first chapter is complete, we got to see Sash Lilac who is (Y/N)'s girlfriend and is the only one who knows that (Y/N) was abused but not by who. So expect the reveal when he tells his friends why he used his hero/nickname around Ruby and Yang.
