A letter of complaint about a service

Dear Sir/Madam,

       Iam writing this letter in connection with the service I received from your hotel during my stay last week.

       First of all, you told me over the phone that your hotel was an excellent place to stay and the bungalows along with the cottages were surrounded by palm trees right by the beach. In fact, if I want to stay in those places I had to pay a lot of money which I had not brought enough. Secondly, I was glad because my room had a good accommodation such as air conditioning, cable TV or Internet access but that did not happen in my friend’s room and they are truly angry about that. Not for all, I could not sleep at night because of loud music which was played at 2a.m and it music came from the bar which I thought should close at 12 p.m.

    Apart from those, when I enrolled in the scuba diving lesson which was told by you that it had an instructor and many things else, I discovered that things were totally different. In reality, I was dissatisfied because the instructor was not always available. Finally, the shops and banks were quite far from the hotel and I needed a drive to get there.

    I hope that I can receive your explanation about the whole thing and if not I have to take a further action such as using the journalism which you may not interest.
