Y/N's POV

I slowly opened my eyes as I heard the beeping sound, groaning in pain as I slowly looked around to see that I was in a medical room. As I looked around, I saw her white hair and white clothing, feeling her heavy head on my hand. 

"Winter."
I said softly, seeing her asleep. 

"How long have I been here?"
I asked myself as I laid there, feeling a pain in my side. 

"Son of a bitch did a number on me."
I said to myself before seeing her yawn. 

Winter: Y-Y/N?
She asked, looking at me with her. 

"Hey."
I said as I looked at her before feeling her arms around my neck, her head on my shoulder. 

Winter: I-I-I'm so glad you're okay. 
She said as I felt her tears soak into my shoulder. 

"H-Hey."
I said as I slowly wrapped my arms around her waist. 

"I'm okay." 
I said before seeing her teary icey eyes. 

Winter: Y-Y-You came in with 3 broken ribs and a concussion. 
She said as I felt the pain in my side. 

"That bad huh."
I said as I slowly got up to groan back in pain. 

Winter: You idiot. You shouldn't move like that. 
She said as she looked at me. 

"I figured."
I said as I started to move again to only lay back in the bed. 

Winter: What are you doing? You shouldn't moving like that. 

"I'm going to get back up there with the others."
I said as I tried to move again but fall back as I felt the excruciating pain in my side. 

???: No you're not. 
I heard his voice before looking up to see him.

"General Ironwood." 

Third Person POV 

Winter and Y/N saluted at Ironwood as he stepped into the room. 

Ironwood: At ease.
He said as the two soldiers put their arms down. 

Y/N: General Ironwood. What do I owe the pleasure of seeing you? 
He asked as he held his side. 

Ironwood: Due to your recent injuries by Death-Gun, you are relieved of duty for the next 2-3 days.
He said as Y/N looked at him with shock. 

Y/N: W-Wait what? 

Ironwood: You are to rest until you fully recover. 
He said as he looked at him while Winter looked at Y/N. 

Y/N: B-B-But I'm fine. 
He said as Winter held his hand. 

Winter: Y/N. Maybe it's best for you to rest until you've fully recover. 

Ironwood: No buts. You'll need it for the next missions. 
He said before walking out of the room. 

Y/N: I'll need it for what? 

Ironwood: The reconfiguration of Amity Arena. 

To Qrow 

Qrow was standing with Clover as he saw team RWBY and JNR in the training room training with another team. 

Qrow: So who was that man out there who attacked your guy? 
He asked as he looked at him. 

Clover: Death-Gun. 
He said with hints of anger, clenching his fists. 

Qrow: Who is he. 

Clover: A mercenary. The most wanted on Atlas's list. 

Qrow: Why. 

Clover: He stole supplies from Atlas any chance he gets and sells them for profit. Especially since its Y/N's... 

Qrow: Y/N's what? 
He asked as he looked at him. 

To Ruby 

Ruby was standing in front of Harriet as she held her scythe in hand, panting heavily as she looked at her. 

Harriet: Tired already? 
She asked as she stood there. 

Ruby brings her scythe and slashed towards her to only miss. 

Harriet: Missed again. 
She said as she looked at her. 

Ruby: Come on! Just stay still! 
She yelled before slashing towards her once more. 

CLANG 

Ruby gasped as she saw Crescent Rose stab the ground before seeing Harriet punch her, sending her away before falling onto the ground. 

Ruby: Ow...
She said in pain as she rubbed her butt. 

Harriet: You've got a lot to learn Red. 
She said as she held her hand out. 

Ruby: Yeah...
She said before grabbing her hand and getting up. 

To Blake 

Blake was dodging a gunshot from Marrow before running towards him. 

Marrow: Come on. You know you can't beat me at that range. 
He said as he shot at her to see her dodge once more. 

Marrow: You'll lose your aura and you'll lose. 
He said as he continued shooting at her once more, seeing her charge straight at him. 

CLICK 

Marrow: Shit. 
He said as he saw his gun empty before seeing Blake lung at him. 

Blake: Gotcha! 
She yelled before seeing Marrow freeze her in front of him. 

Marrow stepped out of the way before seeing Blake fall onto the ground. 

Blake: That semblance is too strong. 
She said as she looked at him. 

Marrow: You're not the only one to say that.
He said as he held his hand out to her. 

Blake: Who else? 
She asked as she slowly got up. 

Marrow: About everyone else here. 
He said as she giggled. 

To Ironwood 

Ironwood was slowly walking down a hall before seeing a door. The door slowly opened as it revealed a heart monitor and a woman with blonde hair laying on a medical bed. 

Ironwood slowly sat down by the woman as he rubbed his hand over her cheek. 

Ironwood: I'm sorry about Beacon. 
He said as he looked at her. 

Ironwood: I'm sorry about then Glynda.
