Serena: Im gonna do this to honor you! Mom, Dad, Crystal, Platinum, Calem....

Ash: Miss, are you okay?!

Serena: yeah... just visiting my families grave...

Serena turns around

Ash: Wait! Are you Serena Yevvone?!

Serena: How do you know me, sir?!

Ash: i met you at proffesor Oaks Summer Camp! Its me, Ash!

Serena: ASH ITS BEEN SO LONG!!!

Serena: Im gonna die out here! Lost, no friends...

Serena starts crying and dosent notice the ledge in front of her which she just walked off of

Serena then fell down it and broke her knee

Ash sees her fall and jumps down to help

Ash: ARE YOU OKAY?!

Serena: no... i broke my knee, and im lost, I am gonna die out here arent I?!

Ash: no you wont! I will go get help, okay!

Serena: really? but what if you forget how to get back?

Ash: i wont!

5 ninutes later

Ash: SERENA! I AM BACK!

Serena: did you get help?!

Ash: yep!

Serena: but i cant get back up, i broke my knee!

Ash jumps down

Ash: i will help you, okay? Just leave everything to me!

End of flashback

Serena: sorry ash, i would love to stay but im on a mission!

Ash: i understand, im currently on one myself!

Serena giggles

Serena: and that is?

Ash: to find some food!

Serena giggles even more

Ash: and yours?

Serena: im off to slay a famous vampire!

Ash wanting to change the subject,
Ash: well, before you go off, can you at least tell me what happened to your family?

Serena: sure...

Flashback

We were on a camping trip... and suddenly we were attacked by a family of vampires, one by one they killed my family, the youngest one, Ashton, refused to kill me... and thats how it happened

Ash felt a huge pain in his chest, of guilt

After serena left, ash went into the woods, made a campsite, and was putting pikachu to bed when Serena saw him

Ash: sleep well pikachu, i will be back after i go feed...

Serena: DONT YOU DARE HURT THAT LITTLE PIKACHU OR I WILL GIVE YOU A STEAK TO THE HEART!

Ash turned around quickly, being very confused

Ash; im sorry... i should have told you-

Serena; Dont worry ash, i forgive you!

Ash runs up to serena and hugs her tightly, crying

Serena: ASH! WHATS WRONG?! I SAID I FORGAVE YOU!

Ash: IM SORRY SERENA! IM SOO SOORY! I JUST FEEL SO BAD BECAUSE THAT WAS MY FAMILY THAT KILLED YOURS! THE GUILT HAS BEEN EATING ME ALIVE OVER THE YEARS
BUT THAT WAS THE FINAL NAIL IN THE COFFIN! I WAS THE ONE WHO REFUSED TO KILL YOU! PLEASE FORGIVE ME! YOUR THE ONLY ONE I HAVE!!!!

Serena starts to cry as well

Serena: ASH ITS OKAY! I KNOW YOU DIDNT WANT YOUR FAMILY TO!

Ash: s..so you f..forgive me?

Serena: of course ash! I love you!

Ash blushed in shock and embarassment

Ash: I love you too Serena!

Serena: Promise me you wont leave me again?

Ash: promise!

They hear some rustling in the bushes

Serena: You should go... thats probably Shaunna, and unlike me, she wont ne merciful...

Ash runs and hides in a nearby bush

Shaunna: Serena? I smell vampire... there is one nearby!

Shauna runs toward the bush that i knew ash was hidding in

Shauna: you were hiding in there the hole time?!

Ash slowly nods as Shauna pulls out a stake

Serena: SHAUNA NO! STOP! DONT HURT HIM! PLEASE!

Shauna: b..but your childhood!

Serena: I DONT CARE!

Serena grabs Shaunas wrist

Serena: ASH! RUN! QUICK!!!
