It has been a week since mothers death, no matter how hard we tried she was only a soul now. Her soul was without a body and floated aimlessly in its tube, shadow Freddy suffered greatly from this. We now had no leader, we were lost. Freddy and the others had gone quiet, I golden Freddy was to help them where I could. Everything was quiet, even the earth seemed to mourn mothers death. Nightmare had caused it, if he hadn't hurt her and taken over her body she would still be with us. I bashed my fist on a cave wall, everyone looked at me and I walked off needing space to think. This wasn't right, being alone without mother was hard. I now understood why she never left leadership to us very often, she trusted us to get to safety but now that I had to lead my brethren I figured out why it was hard. I sighed and leant against a tree, my heart ached for the adventures we all had. After a few minutes I returned, everyone was circled around mothers soul. It floated in one place, being out of her tube I expected her to run but she stayed. I knelt down in front of her, she seemed to be forming something for a smaller second soul we came across. It shocked us all, the form would become something far more powerful once it matured enough.
