In the previous Chapter, Nathaniel shows up at the beach and has no idea anything is wrong. He just knows he wants to surprise his girlfriend, Chloe on her birthday.  

      In the current chapter,  "What why is everyone giving me such puzzled looks?  I thought everyone knew Chloe and I were dating." Nathaniel says.

      "Nathaniel I am so sorry," Marinette says through her tears.

      "Yes, sorry for your loss and..." Adrien says.

      "What, my loss whatever do you mean?"  Nathaniel says.

      "Well, how do I put this lightly?  She is no longer with us man, as in not amongst the living,"  Nino says sadly with his down and his cap over his eyes.

       "What, Chloe is dead?  I refuse to believe it she was just fine when I talked to her the other day and..." Nathaniel remarks.

        "I am afraid it is true.  She was m-murdered," Marinette says sadly.

        "Chloe, my girlfriend is dead," Nathaniel says sadly and begins to cry.

     "No, not her, there must be some sort of mistake!" Nathaniel screams at the top of his lungs.

      "I am sorry, dude," Nino says as he gives him a gentle pat on the back.

      "Nathaniel I am sorry you came here for something special, and she is already gone," Alya says sadly.

    Back to Luka and Lorinda,  "Luka, that redhead guy over there looks so sad."  Lorinda says.

      "Yes, he sure does,"  Luka remarks. He suddenly throws up.

      "Luka, babe, goodness you look awful.  Sorry, you are sick."  Lorinda says. She feels his forehead and sure enough, it is burning up.

    "You must have a stomach bug, go home and take care of yourself, bye!"  Lorinda says.

    "Ok, sorry I had to cut our date short,"  Luka says. He heads on home.

    "Bye, guys I just remember there is somewhere I need to be,"  Lorinda says and goes back to her house.

  Now with Adrien and Marinette,  "I feel sorry for him," Marinette says.

    "I do too, Marinette,"  Adrien says

   "Man, if there is anything we can do, please let us know," Adrien says.

   "Thanks, Adrien but I do not think there is not when she is gone.  I love Chole and I was going to propose to her on her birthday."  Nathaniel says in a slow, very heard voice

    "Oh, man that is rough, again, I am sorry," Nino says.

    "Nath, I am sorry you had to found out like this. "   Alya says. She hugs him in a friendly hug.

     Nino and the others take turns hugging him too. They all can not help, but think how cruel it was for Chloe and Lila to die some young in life.  Let alone, for Nathaniel to be sad on a day that was originally meant to be a day for happiness for him.  They sigh and hope the crook is brought to justice soon.

*Author's Note:  Nathaniel the redhead is broken due to the loss of his dear, sweet Chloe.  It makes you feel sorry for him even as the writer to this story.
