Alya walked over to where Marinette was. Her bluenette friend seemed upset and distracted. Alya followed Marinette's line of sight and sighed, "Girl, I'm sorry, but that's a lost cause." she said, placing a hand on Marinette's shoulder.
"Yeah, I know. But, it still hurts."
"I know." Alya paused, "But who needs boys, right? They're smelly, and stinky, and gross, and eugh! Yuck!"
"But you like Nino."
"Yeah, well, he's an exception."

Marinette had to laugh at that one.
"And speaking of boys. Cat Noir came up to me after the Akuma attack." Alya started.
"Really?" Marinette asked, actually surprised.

He went up to Alya as Cat Noir? She internally shrugged her shoulders, It was most probably the safer option.

"Yeah," Alya paused, "He told me to cover for you." She stated.

Alya had a gleam in her eye. A gleam which Marinette didn't like.

She gasped audibly.
