Marinette's POV

Natalie was right. Tonight was the first night there was an akuma attack since Adriens supposed death. The akuma was really after me but I did as I Natalie suggested and stayed away. Rena and Carapace would catch the akuma and later bring it to me to de-evilize. I know that Natalie did warn us about this but I still don't trust her. I couldn't just yet for all we know is a trap from Hawkmoth himself.

Chloe and I had spoken after Natalie had left and decided that since Hawkmoth was going to be busy sending the akuma tonight it would be the best time to strike so we waited for the akuma. As soon as the fight began Chloe and I transformed and headed to the mansion to attack Gabriel as he is distracted. As we got closer a sudden white and blue light that appeared in front of us and that's when we saw....

No One's POV

"Bunnix" Ladybug yelled. "Ladybug, Queen Bee I am sent here to stop you" Bunnix said with a look of concern in her eyes. "Stop us why? Who sent you?" Ladybug asked full of confusion. Bunnix then took a deep breath and pulled out a phone. "You need to see this" and with that she pressed play and a video began. Ladybugs eyes widened when she saw the love of her life Adrien. He looked older, had longer hair and his eyes no longer sparkled. He began to speak and all three heroes were completely silent as they listened to each and every one of his words.

"Hey my love! You are probably wondering why Bunnix is there. Well ... I sent her, I sent her to stop you. I need you to listen carefully Princess. You can't go battle Hawkmoth tonight it is not the right time. Please don't go. While you think that it is a perfect opportunity it is not. Hawkmoth is expecting you." There was a moment of silent and you could see Adrien struggling to keep his emotions in check and stay strong. Fighting from spilling out tears he blink a few times and cleared his throat then continued.

 "M'Lady there is something you need to know. I-it's hard to say this but I believe you must know before you walk into a fight blind... Hawkmoth is my father." There was another moment of silence as Adrien faced towards the floor then back towards the phone. "I know his plan, He want to bring my mother back to life." Adrien was now trembling but he continued. "I know what you are probably thinking right now and I can promise you that I will never help him. That is why I am here begging you not to go tonight. There would be greater consequences if you do resulting in his win. I know you are struggling my love. I know you want to save me and you think you will be too late if you wait but right now it's not the moment."

 As he said this tears began to flow and he couldn't stop them. Making it hard for him to continue but still tried "My love think of a better plan. You are the greatest, smartest, bravest hero and guardian I know you can do this. I need you to trust Natalie; she is your biggest help and greatest weapon. Things may happen that might make you second guess her alliance but I need you to trust her. I need to let you know that I am so sorry. I never meant to get akumatized. I never meant to hurt you my love. I should have trusted you and never second guess your love. This is my entire fault and I am honestly sorry.

 You are probably wondering why I am telling you all this now and through a phone but I might not be able to say this later. Lastly Ladybug, Marinette, M'Lady, My Princess, The love of my life or whatever you decide to call yourself in the future I need you to know that I love you. All of you. I fell in love with all of you and only you. Never forget that I have and will always love you and only you. I believe in you princess and I'll be waiting for you."

The video had now ended and Ladybug was now in tears. Queen Bee held Ladybugs body up keeping her from falling and trying to calm her down. After what seemed like hours but were only minutes Bunnix spoke once again "Marinette he truly loves you and believes that we can fix everything. We know you can do it." Bunnix gave her a hug and the said "I should get going" as she began to enter the circle made of lights but was stopped half way. "Wait!" Ladybug called out and Bunnix turned to her. "What happens if we go tonight? Why didn't he want us to?" She asked Bunnix part of her needed to know why Adrien was so scared. Bunnix turned back around and said only two words before disappearing into the light

"You'll die."
