Anyways, hello everyone! My name is Degal, pronounced (dee-gal) I know it doesn't look like that, and welcome to A Moth's Tale. A reboot, really.

I have been thinking about doing a book for my character, Mothtail, for a while now. I wasn't sure if I should though, cause all that really happened with him before was just collecting gems and training his skills up.

Then the Flower Festival came and literally hell came down upon us, and I thought, "Well, now is a good time".

A quick thank you to everyone in the game who has helped me out by letting me know their character's personality traits, you all are amazing beans and deserved head pats, even those who didn't, we love you too. *pats head*

Alright, buckle up, folks, cause now I have to go and copy like, 51 cats descriptions and all of those who died and stuff.

Oh boy...

If you guys have any drawings you'd like me to add (and if we get enough, maybe even have a gallery page), tag me either in the comments or chapter.

Unfortunately, I don't have Discord, so any art there will not be added. Also, if your cat isn't mean (ex. Hickorylight), I'm so sorry. Since I don't have Discord, I don't know what is happening or what each cat is like and this is my own interpretation of them.

Also, I'm still confused about Ishtar, so I'm not gonna try and tackle that part of the game's story, sorry.
