previously in Chapter 14, Adrien is hurt when he overhears Marinette tell Alix he is "just the boss."      *Author's  note:  Wow, talk about  being  boss zoned here!

   current chapter, Adrien is in his room upset as ever.  He thinks, I rescue us from a dungeon and she still does not love me.  I do not understand.  Did I do something wrong?  He sighs.

    Adrien begins to think perhaps, he is just unlovable.  He can not figure out why else Marinette would not like him. He has been kind to her and a hero at that only she still has no interest in him.  He should have known she would never see him as anything more than a boss.

  Natalie knocks on the door to Adrien's room.  When she gets no answer, she enters the room anyway. 

    Adrien takes his disguise off and continues to sigh.

    "Boss, are you sure you are alright?"  Natalie ask.

   "What do I do to get Marinette to love me the way I do her?"  Adrien replies sadly.

   "I am sure.  How about you invite her and Alix to supper tonight?"  Natalie says.

     Meanwhile, with the girls that is the maids, Alix and Marinette...

       "Well, since you do not like Adrien would you mind if I ask him out?"  Alix says.

      "Wh-what?  Are you crazy?"  Marinette says.

      "Haha, just kidding!  So you do like him then?"  Alix smirks.

      "I do not."  Marinette says.

     "Do not worry, he is all yours."  Alix remarks.

     "Ugh, would you quite trying to set me up with him already?"  Marinette remarks.

     "Why?"  Alix ask.  She is course to know why Marinette denies any possible feelings towards Adrien since it is obvious he likes Marinette, and besides, Marinette has never dated anyone.  Not even once.  She thinks it will do her best friend so good to date.

    "Are you afraid you will actually like him?"  Alix ask.

    Marinette responds,  "I do not think it is appropriate for someone to date their boss." 

        Marinette gets back to work.  Alix  does the same.     

       Back to Adrien and Natalie...

          "What?   Invite them to dinner, but how do I know they will even show up?"  Adrien remarks.

       "Oh, do not worry about it  Adrien!      Leave it to me!"  Natalie says.

      "Ok, if you say so."  Adrien says.

           Natalie walks away with a smile on her face.  She thinks, Oh, I do hope my plan works.  She goes to tell the girls about the dinner plans.  She arrives outside the parlor, and walks right inside the room.  

         "Wow, good job girls!"  Natalie remarks.

       "Uh, thanks, Natalie!"  Marinette replies.

      "Thanks, but what brings you here?"  Alix ask.

     " Oh, the boss request you two ladies come to dinner!  This evening that is and that you both wear something nice."  Natalie says.

      "Wow, sounds great!  Right, Marinette?"  Alix says.  She thinks, the dinner invitation is a splendid thing indeed.

     "What? Did he think we messed up or something?"  Marinette says, her voice full of worry.  She thinks, perhaps he was angry about the color of the table in the dining room area.  She is so nervous that she is unsure of herself.

     "No, he wants to thank you for a job well done!"  Natalie says.  She thinks, well, I know he never said this, but still what else was I to do?   

      "I will be there!"  Alix says.  She shows her excitement at once.

     "Well, since Alix is coming, count me in too!"  Marinette says.  She is really not sure what to make of it all, but decides to agree since her best friend seems to be so eager about it.

    "Sure, I will let...that is I will be sure to let Adrien know,"  Natalie replies. She is sure he will be happy to know the maids agreed to come to dinner.

       Natalie leaves the room immediately  and  goes to speak with Adrien.
