The alarm went on. I opened my eyes and found myself lying on a white bed; it was not my blue one. Oh, wait. I'm in the hotel. I reached for the alarm. It was 7 already, so I decided to get up.

I stretched and hopped out of the bed. I opened the curtains; and the green grass outside the hotel was gleaming slightly in the tender morning sun and so were the trees. I rubbed my left eye and went to the washroom. I brushed my teeth, and went shower. Then I changed into this:

I slightly shook Pikachu, but she was still fast asleep. I pinched her hand and she zapped me slightly.
'Ah, you awake.' I say. She lets out a light 'Pika'. I smile lightly as she stretched herself.
I pack some things I let out, such as my dex and headphones into my bag.

I sat on the bed after a quick stretch and Pikachu started to gain some energy enough to wake up.

I am Y/N L/N, an 11 year old girl from Kanto.
It's been a while since I left Kanto, Viridian City, my hometown. I was on vacation home at this time last week. I've been through Kanto, Johto, Hoenn, Sinnoh and Unova. I arrived Kalos, hearing my sister about how beautiful it is.

Besides, I did not came here to enjoy its beauty and elegance, but to take a step towards my dream of becoming a Pokemon Master.
I will take part in the Kalos leaugue, maybe I could win it.

I always have this strange feeling, about leaving my sister and mom alone back in Viridian City.
My mom was happy for me but when I set my foot out, my eyes instantly got teary and I took a glance at mom and my elder sister, Callie.
Since my sister Callie was a performer, I have 50-50 chances of her meeting me.

My dad left the house to become a pokemon master after years mom and dad married. Callie was six at that time and mom said I was about five months old.

Since he left when I was still a baby, I have no memories with him. I didn't have any idea how he sounded and looked like until I saw a few pictures of him. His name is (F/N).

Fifteen minutes pass, and I finally come out of the room. I walked on the soft thick red and yellow carpet with white walls, brown doors and Abstract Paintings.

I walked on with my head dug in my phone, and opened my Instagram.

I smile slightly at my best friend Kiara's new photo and my best friend Bella's comment.
Those idiots were the best idiots in the entire world. I have not met them past four weeks; and I miss them already. I think we should meet up somewhere. Or better, travel together.
Guess that'll not happen, because we three have different dreams.

Kaira seems mad about Marine.

Marine was a girl, who always had a face full of makeup and had dyed red and black hair. No one EVER nows her real eye color, she always keeps changing her eye contacts. Like yesterday her eye color was blue, today it's brown, and tomorrow it'll be green.

And the 'he' here was Hiroshi, or Hiro. He had green eyes and black hair, ending at his jawline. He was a Japanese descendant and Kaira was American. He had been studying with us back in Kanto since grade 3.

Our little miss Kaira met him a day BEFORE he started our school, at the 'cherry blossom' park.
She wasn't interested, but eventually she was. She has a big crush on him, and maybe we can cook something up between them, who knows.

Marine actually had three or at least two girls with her everytime we meet her. She was of course mean, verbal bullying us but then shocked by Bella having the funniest Comeback. To be honest, she considered herself as the 'Diva' and the 'Queen' of the school, but every single student despised her.

I was downstairs in a few minutes and sat on the brown table with red chairs. I ordered Pikachu some Pokèfood and myself some pancakes and orange juice.
'Hey girl look here.' I say to Pikachu as she was caught by me looking elsewhere.

I tossed a green macaroon-like thingy at her. Her ears stand up and eyes brighten, and she happily catches it and nibble on it. Probably it was her favorite flavor.

I lean on my hand on the table and my face on it, and take a bite of the pancakes with honey smeared on it. It was delicious.

I again took out my phone and opened GPS. Hmm. Currently I am in the Santalune city. Since Lumiose city needs five badges, I skipped it and came to Santalune. Hm. Santalune. Santalune city has a bug type gym. Bug type. I know what Pokemon I will use.

I smiled lightly and looked at Pikachu. She was still nibbling on the Pokefood.

'You finished, Pikachu?'

'Pika!' she says as she finishes two pieces of macaroons. Or whatever they are.

'Time for a little workout.' I say and put the spoon down, standing up and walking away. Pikachu followed.

{Time Skip}

I was running through the streets of Santalune, fascinated and fancying every Pokemon I meet up with. I could not help but laugh excitedly seeing new Pokemon. 'Hey Pikachu! Look, a CHESNAUGHT!' I point to a Chesnaught nearby and Pikachu looks at excitedly. 'Pikachu! Pika pika!' she squeals.

A sudden blow of wind blows making my (H/C) hair sway, and my (E/C) eyes a bit watery. I blink, and look up to see a beautiful pink Vivillon.

My eyes widen and my jaw drops, and I stand there for a good minute admiring it, while some magical light coming from nowhere make my eyes gleam. (A/N:
Kim: *waves a wand* AUTHOR MAGIC, BABY.
Y/N: XD)

Pikachu jumps on my shoulder and give her a closed-eyed smile. She does the same, looking at me. 'This is gonna be fun, Pikachu!' I say as I pump my fist in the air. 'PIKAAAAAAAA!' Pikachu excitedly screams. She was so excited, she even electrocuted me. Well, that was a good sign. It indicates Pikachu is excited to go on a new adventure, fight battles on the next level with completely new and unique Pokemon, and she means it.

I wanted to put on my "Proud face", but Pikachu electrocuted me already and I was half paralyzed.

'Good one, Pikachu, you're becoming more... powerful.' I say panting. She blows air from her little nose and rubs the back of her head. I laugh.

'Enough, of fun now, lets get going!'

'Pikachu!!'

I ended up standing near a green building, with trees planted in front of it. A lady with brown hair and green eyes, with a red and black shirt with white collars and cuffs, with greyish pants and golden orbs for earring, a black waist pouch and brown boots came out.

'Oh, hello there girl. You must be a new challenger for Santalune, right?' she says warmly.
'Yeah... wait, aren't you Alexa? From the Lumiose press? I mean... that doesn't matter but- uh- yeah, I want to battle and earn my Bug badge,' I say awkwardly. She chuckled lightly.

'Yeah, I am Alexa from the Lumiose press, and the reason why I am here is because this is my sister Viola's gym, and if you want to battle, the gym is already occupied. You can wait here if you want.' She says.

'Um... wait? I mean-Mind if I can watch the current Battle in the gym?' I say sheepishly.

She smiles. 'It won't matter,' She says and I step inside. A sweet thanks escapes my lips.

'No need to thank me. Uh, by the way, you didn't introduced yourself to me yet.' She says as we walk from the halls to the battle arena.

'Oopsie, I forgot.' I stick my tongue out in embarrassment. 'I am Y/N L/N, from Viridian City, Kanto. My dream is to become a Pokemon Master!' I say as I point my thumb to myself.

'What a coincidence,' she says. 'Hm, what?' I question.

'Nothing much,' she says. 'The current challenger is from Kanto, too.'

'Oh, great, I may have met that person before. I nearly met all the trainers from Kanto.' I say, recalling my memories and experiences from my home region.

Suddenly my eyes randomly settle on a photo hanging on the walls.

'Whoa, those pictures are amazing!' I say pointing at some. 'Did you took them?'

'Nope, but my sister Viola did.' She says proudly. 'Honestly, I love them! If my mom was here she would probably all of them!' I say emphasizing the 'all.' My mom loved art and photography.

'That's nothing, Y/N, wait for more. She is just powerful as photography in Pokemon battles too!' She says and we both laugh.

Gleam of lights come from the other end, and I am soon in a battle arena. I get super excited and I run there.

(Time Skip, Serena has arrived and Ash lost the match, and she has given him his bag. You think he did a good job and take your time to go and appreciate him)

Man, that guy right there did a good job.His name is... Ash, I guess? Well, whatever. I must appreciate him anyways.

I walk over to where he was and Pikachu followed; he was crouching down.

'Um, Hey.' I said. 'Hi,' he greeted.

'You did a great job in the battle. Your Pokemon team is strong by the way,' I say.

'Haha, really, thanks, but actually I caught them like two or three days ago.' he says rubbing the back of his head.

'Wow. Uh-- I guess your name is... Ash?' I asked.

'Yeah, of course it is! How did you know?' he says with a confused look on his face. I smiled.

'Everyone in here was screaming like, 'C'mon, Ash! You can do it Ash! You're doing great, Ash!' I tried my best to mimic the siblings I met on the way. 'Well in that case, its sure that your name's Ash.' I say. He laughed.

'The name's Y/N L/N, from Viridian City, Kanto. And this is my partner Pikachu.' I point at Pikachu. She in reply says her name.

'I'm Ash Ketchum, and I'm from Kanto, too!' He says.

'Wow! From where, exactly?' I ask.

'From Pallet,' he says.

'Isn't Professor Oak's lab there?'

'Yeah! And my starter Pokemon was---'

'Let me guess. Seeing this yellow rodent's and your bond, maybe Pikachu was your starter. And oh-- My starter was Squirtle. I caught Pikachu on the way.' I say, and he nods.

'Well, to be honest, I was gonna choose Squirtle as my starter, but he was already taken away from someone else.' he says.

'Oh, I see.' I say.

A long awkward pause. Finally Ash decided to break the ice.

'So, You're gonna battle now?'

'Yeah I am.' I say.

'Hey Y/N! Its your turn to battle now!' I heard Alexa say.

'Uh, I gotta go, for the Battle. It was nice to meet you, Ketchum.' I say as I take my hand out. He takes it and we shake hands.

'It was nice to meet you too, Y/N' he says. 'Hope we meet again.'

'Yeah su--'

'Y/N!' Oh. Alexa.

'Uh, Bye! Gotta go!' I say as I run to battle.

'Bye.' He whispers.

This is a good experience, Because FYI I am writing this story in my laptop, and this is much better than it is on the phone. This is my first 'X reader' so pardon if any mistake.
