Blanc's POV

I read a book while riding a carriage back to my basilicom with my sisters. It was an interesting book until the carriage stopped.

Blanc: What's wrong?

Driver: Lady White Heart, there seems to be a young boy in the way and he seems to be bleeding from his forehead.

I got out and noticed the boy, he had H/c hair and E/c eyes with bags under them like he hadn't slept for days, he was also carrying a teddy bear with a purple hat and bowtie.

???: W-who are you?

Blanc: What are you doing here all alone?

???: I-I don't know, I just...woke up here.

Rom: Sis, is everything ok?

Blanc: I...don't know, what's your name?

???: My name? It's Y/n...L/n.

Blanc: (He said that with a bit of delay, what is he hiding?)

Ram: Hi there! I'm Ram!

Rom: I-I'm Rom.

Ram: The one talking to you is our big sister, Blanc, or as I call her Blanny.

Blanc: Don't call me that!

I noticed Y/n flinched when I shouted and the bleeding was getting worse. I have to bring him with me to the Basilicom.

Blanc: Come with us.

Y/n: Huh?

Blanc: I don't mind if you come with us, you seem like a nice kid.

Y/n's POV

What should I do? Should I go with them or stay in the streets in the freezing cold? I didn't know what to say until I heard a voice.

???: Go with them. It's the only option if you want to survive. I promise to keep you safe.

Feeling comforted by the voice, I looked at Ms. Blanc with my answer.

Y/n: I'll go with you.

Ram: Yay! I can't wait to have a new friend!

Rom: M-Me too.

I got on the carriage with Ms. Blanc and her sisters, I was nervous because I was with three girls and Mother told me to be polite if I ever met a girl before she disappeared.

Ram: Y/n, what do you like to play?

Y/n: Hm?

Ram: Like, hide and seek, tag, you name it!

Y/n: I-I don't mind playing hide and seek with you as long as it isn't loud.

Ram: Why is that?

Y/n: I just...don't like loud noises.

3rd POV Timeskip

The carriage arrived at Lowee's Basilicom and Blanc, Rom, Ram, and Y/n entered inside to feel the warmth. The twins ran off as Y/n stayed close to Blanc, and a new face made its way to greet them.

Mina: Good afternoon, Lady Blanc. I just saw the twins run by and-. *Notices Y/n* Who is this little one?

Blanc: Good afternoon Mina, this is Y/n L/n and he'll be staying with me for the time being.

Mina: I see, well hello, my name is Mina Nishizawa, and I hope to be of assistance.

Y/n: T-Thank you.

Blanc: Mina, can you show Y/n where he'll be sleeping?

Mina: Of course. Follow me.

Y/n did as he was told and followed Mina to his new room, he was amazed by the interior of the basilicom, there was a library, a kitchen, and so much more that he didn't know about.

Mina: Here's your room.

Y/n looked inside his new room and it looked nice, there was a king-sized bed, a closet, a lamp, and a bathroom. Y/n smiled and went to the bed to lie down, he could almost sleep due to how comfortable the bed was.

Mina: If you need anything just let me know.

Y/n: Okay.

Y/n notices a strange device on the ground, he goes to pick it up and see what it can do. He was interested in the item and he wasn't paying attention to the door where Blanc was staring at the boy.

Blanc: (He doesn't seem to know what a handheld console is, why? And his clothes seem to be from a vintage store. Wait when did his forehead stop bleeding?)

Blanc: Y/n.

Y/n: Hmm? O-Oh, hello Ms Blanc. What is it?

Blanc: I brought you some new clothes for you to wear.

Y/n: Oh, ok.

Blanc placed the clothes on Y/n's bed, the boy looked at his new clothes and noticed that they looked similar to Rom and Ram's clothes.

Blanc: Since it's very cold outside, I thought having this made for you would keep you warm.

Y/n: Thank you.

Blanc left the room before turning the handheld console on Y/n's hands and letting him play Pocketed Monstrosities for the rest of the day.

Blanc: (Who ARE you, Y/n? Why do I feel like you're a ghost?)
