Peter swung through the rooftops of Queens, tonight there was less crime to stop which made his job easier
He sat on top of a building with the mask pulled half way as he enjoyed the view
"I knew you were Starks kid the while time" a voice spoke behind him
Peter jumped up into a fighting stance as he struggled to pull the mask back down
"No need to fight, I just want to talk" it was Nick Fury
Peter sat back down, but still was alert for any signs of danger, cause it's Nick Fury, anything can happen
"I just want to say, I knew it was you the whole time"
"What?" Peter was confused now "then why did you want me brought in 'by any force necessary'" he said mocking the mans voice
"Because Secretary Ross considereds you a threat, and wants to bring you in to the prison where Wanda and the others were for a while and test you 'ub normalities'." Ya, Peter was to say scared right now
"I couldn't let him get to the kid of the Avengers, else of course there would be hell and the team would be wanted agian. I needed you to under my protection and the only way to do so would be having the Avengers to bring you in so I can make sure the government can't get their hands on you"
Peter was surprised by this info, and really scared
"I just need you to be an avenger than no more Government problems"
Peter considered this
"On one condition though" Peter said "no accords for me, not till I'm legally an adult"
It was a done deal

Peter Parker-Stark (the last name was cause Pepper and Tony watched after him the most) was an unaffiliated member of the Avengers
There was no real big deal about joining them now, his family knew about his little secret, and Fury just wanted to protect him from the government who saw him as a threat that should be tested and contained
All he needed to do was tell his family
Easier said than done

"Hey dad!" Peter said as he walked into the kitchen the next morning
Today it was just Vison, Scott, Sam, Wanda and the Avengers in the tower since T'challa returned back to Wakanda not to long ago
"Hey kid!" Tony replied back as he poured a bowl of cereal as the others ate the biscuit eggs and sausage Steve and Bucky had made
"Seriously Stark? There is delicious just cooked breakfast food and you go for Lucky Charms?" Clint asked as he dug into his amazing food
"I prefer my lucky charms thank you very much" Tony said as he walked back out of the room
Peter sat down at the bar and watched as the men the myths the legends cooked breakfast

Peter was about to pick up his sausage when it suddenly picked itself and started walking off of his plate

"What?" Peter asked himself but when he picked the sausage up, it was explained
"Hey Scott"
"Man, I was hoping it could work on you too!"
Scott dropped from the piece of meat and grew larger
"You know I have stolen three of Clint's sausage now!"
"You did what?!" The angry archer yelled when he figured out where his meat had been going
as the others were laughing as Clint threw his eggs at the Ant Man
"Avengers! Suit up, more Hydra robots attacking New York" Tony informed the team over Friday's inter com
"Well you heard the man." Steve said as he turned off the stove "Avengers, Assemble"
The team started running off to change into their suits when the saw Peter running with them
"Peter? What are you doing?" Wanda asked
"Oh, I didn't tell you! I'm an Avenger now, Well an unofficial one"
"What?!" But Peter was already running off to his room to put on his suit
