Trust.
It's just another word, right?
Well, I don't know if I should trust,
How about you? Can you?
Life is based on people and living,
The joyous days that we wake,
The beauty fills the sky.
Birds singing from high above in the trees.
It's all good,
But who can one trust?
Trust is needed in life,
But is it a true thing?
Is trust real?
I'm not sure, are you?
Maybe we need to think,
Think about things like,
People,
Friends,
Family,
Loved ones,
Trust.
But who's to know when one shall be lied to?
Is it natural?
Is our lives based on lies and no trust?
I don't know, after all,
I'm just a poet.
We know some things,
But not all,
Poems can be long,
Short,
Middle sized even,
But it always comes from the heart.
So why not ask yourself who you trust?
I'm sure you will find it,
I'm sure you'll findan answer to the question.
Trust is love,
Trust is caring,
Trust is in a smile,
Trust is a number of things.
We've just got to find it.
