Personality: A misfit mostly due to her impure bloodline and appearance. Speaks her mind and brazen, especially when it comes to politics. Still tries to hold a toughened exterior from her army days; though her caring side does show often too. Dragonets seem to love her but Oxen doesn't know why or how to deal with them.
Relationships: Slate (leader/friend). (potential love interests Mozziu )
Backstory: Mother was a 50/50 hybrid, father was pure Icewing. Lived good life with their only dragonet. Oxen grew up and became a soldier, who was incredible at in-flight combat. But she took part in a political controversy which got her kicked from the army and down to the last circle. She thought 'screw this system' and ended up finding Slate's group and joining. I paraphrased this too
Other: The darkened scales come from her Nightwing genes and grandparents, which skipped a generation.
