Personality: Everyone believes he's a hideous, monstrous beast due to rumors and bedtime stories to scare dragonets with bad behavior; but he's simply ruled by his emotions. Believes that the Driftwings need no monarchs ruling and that the DW were perfectly fine without one.
Backstory: All was fine on the outside. He was a young, handsome Driftwing who was advisor to the king. Some of the fairest of females were sent to court with him, but he chose his work over love. He then became overworked, sleepless nights, stress clawing at his mind, and thought of death always floating around. One day he broke down in front of the Haven. Everyone. Shinso then attempted to potentially blind his king and his sons and murder them. Though he was never trained to fight back then, the guards immediately took him down. The king exiled him from the Haven and was sent to the desert wastelands, a three week's flight from the Haven. Citizens were outraged at his exile and believed that he should have been executed. They were so outraged that some of their strongest citizens (also the stupidest) marched into Shinso's Wastelands (Named Wastelands of Infamy/Infamy Wastelands) and attempted to kill him. They never returned. His lair is like a giant burrow.
