Sera felt relieved that they were back at the company, she felt worn out and ready to sleep.

She bid everyone a good night and went up to her room. She sighed in bliss as she threw herself down on her bed and buried her face in her pillow.

She immediately fell asleep.

"I'm not leaving you behind!"

She placed a hand on his cheek and smiled sadly, "I'm sorry, but you have too. I'm only going to slow you down, don't worry about me. Besides, I have a job to do," she said determinedly. The boy had tears in his eyes as he hugged her close.

She wrapped her arms around him and hugged him tightly. "I promise I'll be okay, I'll see you again-" she brushed the bangs from his forehead- "now go, my son. A new journey awaits you." She kissed his forehead and watched as he ran off.

"Where is he off too?" Asked a tall man adorned with white robes. Her jaw clenched as he asked the question. She turned around and put on a smile.

"Don't worry about it. Without him around you can have me all to yourself again." She smirked and wrapped her arms around him, she placed a chaste kiss to his neck.

(A/N: I cringed a little writing that...)

He sneered and watched as his son left his grasp, but then he smirked. "Well, it's not like I had a need for that unnecessary weight... I will achieve my goal soon..."

"And I will be right by your side," she said, resting her head on his chest. 'Please. Full fill your destiny, my son,' she thought.

He chuckled darkly and wrapped his arms around her, "and I don't need him as long as I have you-" he grabbed a strand of her fiery red hair and kissed it- "isn't that right..."

He leaned his lips down to her ear and whispered her name.

"... Bathsheba?"

Sera shot up from her bed and screamed. She panted and sighed in relief as she realized it was only a dream. She pressed a hand to forehead and took a deep breath.

"What was that...?.." She asked.

"Sera! Are you okay?!" Sinbad burst through the door with his sword unsheathed.

She smiled slightly and brushed it off. "Yes, just a... Bad dream," she said.

"Are you sure?" He asked, still concerned.

Sera rolled her eyes and chuckled, "completely."

Sinbad suddenly smirked and grabbed her hand "are you sure you don't want some company tonight?"

She tugged his hand bringing his ear to her lips, "are you sure you're not the one in need of company, lover boy?" She asked.

Sinbad was speechless and stood there frozen. "If you wanna seduce a siren you're gonna have to try a little harder than that," she said as led him to the door.

He still stood there, frozen. Sera giggled and winked "goodnight~." She then slammed the door.

Sinbad stood there for quite a bit trying to process what happened, but then he chuckled.

"Challenge accepted."
