Greetings to all you who have found your way here! I am honored and thankful that you have chosen to read my story. Before that, however, I would like to share a quick word.

First of all, I thank you once again for joining me. This story is going to be a long ride spanning multiple books, but I hope you will stay to the end regardless. In the end, I hope it will have been worth your time.

This is my first ever time really writing a story of this proportion. So while I always want to make quality storytelling my focus, I hope you will bear with me if some stumbles are encountered along the way. No matter what though, I will do my best to make this a story you all will enjoy.

That said, I feel that a slight warning is in order. Some sections of this story may contain reference or allusion to abuse, sexual assault, trauma, manipulation, and mental instability. There may be times when it touches on certain themes that some readers may be sensitive to. I would like to state that I do not condone any of the abusive actions that may be portrayed or alluded to in this book, nor is it my intention to glorify these sensitive topics.

The characters and events within this story are purely fictional. Any distinct relation to humans (especially political or controversial figures) or real-world events (especially those of a controversial nature) is coincidental. I have no intention of highlighting historic events or figures, but rather desire to tell my own story.
