Admit it you fangirl screamed when he appeared in the movie, even if you did kinda guessed he was going to be.  Also fun fact when Charlie Cox got the role, he had an eye doctor make contacts that looked exactly like his eyes but blinded him. But after a few days on set on running into thing and being confided to sit in darkness when he wasn't shooting, he opted for plan B, acting (like his actual job title.)
