Herobrine's POV:
It didn't nearly take us that long for me and Blaze to get to our destination. We ran through a small jungle biome, followed by a small snow biome, before coming to ominous woods. These have to be the Ender Woods, I thought excitedly. Blaze trudged behind me, already looking exausted.
"S-Sorry I fell behind, sir. You know nether creatures don't exactly g-go well with snow biomes," he stuttered, practically blue from the short trek through the snow blanket. But I couldn't hear him. All I could hear were the strange and mysterious noises coming from inside the Ender Wood's roots. The atmosphere just screamed hidden and valuable treasure.
I held my trusty diamond sword in hand (even though I didn't really need it. It just makes me look even more badass than I usually do), and began cautiously walking into the looming trees.
There was just one, tiny, problem though. Blaze had got his flame back, and he lit up the area like a bonfire. I'll get spotted before I can even get close.
"Blaze, you're gonna have to stay here and keep watch, okay?" I said to him.
"But won't you need help fighting, sir?" Blaze asked, obviously dissappointed.
"Blaze, being the lookout is the most important job I can give you. If you just stay here and do absolutely nothing, it would be helping me a ton." I wasn't lying, by the way. He's more helpful NOT helping me on this mission.
Blaze's eyes sparkled with enthusiasm. "Yes, sir! I'll do my best to be the best lookout I can be!"
"Yeah, yeah, just stand over there and be quiet, okay?" I said, getting fed up with his sudden burst of happiness.
He stood where I told him to, a wide smile across his face. To be honest, his happiness is annoying.
Anyway, after that little episode, I finally decended into the woods, nothing to stop me from getting the Ender Eye.

And yes, I'm alive..... I'm so sorry I haven't updated this book since the beginning of summer, but I promise to be more active! This is kinda filler, but don't worry, there'll be more action in the next few chapters :3
