I am starting to think I'm not good at art and I suck

I can't really draw on my own I always need references or pictures or human models to help me draw

All my friends can draw on there own and are about the same age as me and I still need help

Its getting hard to find the right poses for me now as well

I am starting to think my art is trash just because I can't draw on my own ;-; yet

I know it takes time but ....how come I cant improve fast huh?
