Do you think Krystal in Star Fox Assault had some feelings towards Panther as well?

Answer: That is a very(somewhat) debatable question, I would really like to think "no," since I really like Fox and Krystal as a couple, but I'm not just going to say "no" out of pure emotion, I have some reasoning behind it.

Firstly, (as far as I remember) every time Panther tries to get on Krystal's good side, or say/do something to "hit" on her, she tends to say something defensive in reply. Here's an example I know for a fact is in the game:

Level 7 (I think, it's the level on Corneria...), when you're wing riding on Wolf's ship, Panther says "How about you go riding on my wing, Krystal?"

She says in reply "As long as I'm covering Fox!" Pretty defensively, in which she puts the emphasis on protecting Fox, rather than being with Panther. This happens several times throughout the game, making Krystal lean more towards Fox than Panther. HOWEVER, this does not mean for sure that Krystal has NO feelings for Panther, just that she has greater feelings for Fox.

I feel like, in my opinion, anyway, that she only sees Panther as a rival pilot and a friend at best, but Command surely puts a different light on it. Honestly, it's hard to say for sure though.
