can't be on blocked list

Perks of member: 

you can make requests and they will be top priority

also top priority for adopts

can have as many adopts as you want

can have member specific adopts.

all of the normal member requirements.

have to comment three times

have to read at least two of my books (honor system) 

have to follow me on deviant art.

tip top priority for all things
