Mile by Mile, every time I shift gears. The engine settled, like a child. I was getting close to L.A.
I went past a sign saying Los Angeles 200 km. I turn right, going down into a tunnel. The tunnel was darkness with firefly lights on the roof.

"Hello?" I asked on the phone.
"Hello little Dabria, are you looking for your Mummy and Daddy?" He asked.
"Where are they?"
"Oh little one, meet me at the old warehouse." He said, my heart starting to pump out of my chest.
"Dabria don't it's a trap!" I heard my mother yelled.

I heard a honk, that broke me. I realised that I was on the wrong side of the road, I swerve back onto the right side. I rest my head on the rest and breath, I should really ring Brian.

I pick up my phone and dial Brian's number, I press the speaker button. The phone kept ringing and ringing, eventually it went to voicemail.

"Hey it's Brian, leave a message and I'll get back to you." I hung up and rang again.

It continued ringing, it went to voice mail again.

"Arr." I said frustrated and throw my phone on the passengers seat.

I continue driving, I come past another sign and it said, Los Angeles 50 km away. Soon Dabria soon, then my phone started going off. I look over to it and I see Brian's face pop up on the screen, I reach for it and place it on speaker.

"Hey Brian." I say into the phone.
"Hey grommet, how you holding?" He asked.
"I'm fine I'm now about 40 km away from you."
"Alright! I cannot wait to see you in person after 11 years."  He says and I laugh.
" Yeah, I'll be there soon love you."
"Love you too, Dabria." He says.
"Bye." I whisper into the phone, I press the end call button and throw it back onto the passengers seat.

I'm now just 4 blocks away, I start to do some quite drifting. I'm here 1327, I pull up into the drive way full of cars. Mum and Dad used to say I had the personality of Brian, well I guess that's true.
I open my door and shut it after me, I saw my uncle Brian come out of the house. He smiled and I smiled back, we walked up to each other and we hug each other. After about 2 seconds he laughs and picks me up and twirls me still in the hug.

"Look at you, you look like your mother." She said and I smiled.
"I've missed you." I whispered to him.

He kisses my forehead. We both walk to the boot of the car and I open it, there's three bags. 1.Clothes and Toiletries, 2. My Red Bow and my arrows. And 3. Some of Dad and mums stuff with photos.

"This all it?" He asks. I place my hands into my back jeans pocket and press my lips together and smile. We carry my bags in, I'm surprised everyone is awake.

"Hey guys." I said walking through the door as we dropped the bags.

There was Mia, Han, Dom and Letty who I kind of remembered.I saw Brian's long time friend Roman, I smiled.

"Hey Rom." I said and he smiled hugging me.
"Hey Baby Girl." He said and I laugh.

Then there was Tej, he's lost his Afro!

"Tej, where's your fro?" I asked and him,Roman and Brian laugh.
"I've missed you to." He says hugging me.

I caught up with everyone and they all went to bed. Mia showed me mine and I've seen Brian brought my stuff up. I've been in my room for 30 minutes and I have unpacked nothing, I hear a knock at my bedroom door.

"Hello?" It was Brian.
"Hey, you can come in and thanks." I say to him as he nods in an "it's fine" way.
"I just wanted to come and say night." He says .
"Night." I replied hugging him.

He leaves the room and closes it behind him. I get changed and clime under the covers, my eye lids start to form into heavy shades,I slowly close my eyes and disappear into darkness.
